Team Responsibilities

The successful candidate shall be part of the S&C – SRE Team. Our team provides a tier 2/3 support to S&C Business. This position involves collaboration with the client facing teams like Client Services, Product and Research teams and Infrastructure/Technology and Application development teams to perform Environment and Application maintenance and support.

Resource's key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 product technical support.

• Building software to help operations and support activities.

• Manage system\software configurations and troubleshoot environment issues.

• Identify opportunities for optimizing system performance through changes in configuration or suggestions for development.

• Plan, document and deploy software applications on our Unix/Linux/Azure and GCP based systems.

• Collaborate with development and software testing teams throughout the release process.

• Analyze release and deployment processes to identify key areas for automation and optimization.

• Manage hardware and software resources & coordinate maintenance, planned downtimes with

infrastructure group across all the environments. (Production / Non-Production).

• Must spend minimum one week a month as on call support to help with off-hour emergencies and maintenance activities.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Engineering or other similar concentration (BE/MCA)

• Master’s degree a plus

• 6-8 years’ experience in Production Support/ Application Management/ Application Development (support/ maintenance) role.

• Excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, fast learner

• Strong knowledge of Unix Administration.

• Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, Batch is must.

• Strong Database experience – Oracle

• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle

• Power shell is nice to have

• Software development skillsets in Java or Ruby.

• Worked upon any of the cloud platforms – GCP/Azure/AWS is nice to have

Responsibilities:

1) Develop a deep understanding of Morphedo's products and their applications across different industries.

2) Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

3) Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.

4) Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients to showcase the benefits of our solutions.

5) Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.

6) Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.

7) Create proposals, quotes, and technical documentation as required during the sales cycle.

8) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their long-term goals and challenges.

9) Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how Morphedo's products can address their needs.

10) Work closely with the sales team to work on strategies

11) Provide input for marketing campaigns, product positioning, and sales collateral development.

Requirements:

*Bachelors and Master Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

*Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the deep tech or engineering industry.

*Strong understanding of Engineering, Medical, IoT, AI, Aerospace & Defence, and/or Embedded Systems.

*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

*Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Very good knowledge of at least one front end technology like AngularJs, ReactJs, ViewJs

Very good experience in AJAX, Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS3, bootstrap.

Good experience working for APIs and web-services

Should have good experience working for GIT or Bitbucket

Excellent Communication

Able to communicate with International client directly

- Strong logic and analytical skills.

- 5+ Years of experience with PHP, React.js, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.

- Database Experience - Postgres or other relational databases.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, bitbucket.

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.

- Experience with modern dev stack (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as cloud hosting solutions would be an added advantage but not compulsory.

- Use SOAP and REST to implement API integrations

Must Good English communication

Provide 24X7X365 NOC Support for Voice related issues

·       SMSC, SMPP, HTTP, HTTPS, SIGTRAN, SS7 experience

·       Knowledge and relevant experience on VPN and messaging nodes (SMSC, Bulk SMS, SMSR, SMS HUB)

·       Manage day to day operations of SMPP SS7 SMS NOC Customer/Vendor/Route/Rate Configuration Management, Trace Capturing & Troubleshooting

·       New clients interconnect and interconnection testing

·       Monitoring of all alarms/alerts/Performance from system and System health checklist for various nodes

·       Monitoring €“ Disk Space, log files, Dumps/logs purging, application up-time

·       Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach of capacity

·       Answer customer emails/calls and provide timely & high level of service

·       Use a variety of tools (Ethereal/Wireshark, ping, traceroute, browser, etc.) to quickly verify reported events Head to Head testing/configuration with clients

·       Management reporting as per requirement Maintain a good understanding of all NOC processes and implement them appropriately

What you need to shine?

• You have the prior experience in modernising legacy applications.
• You are a passionate hands-on developer with deep experience in building enterprise grade software in Microsoft ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SOA, Micro-Services and RESTful Services with knowledge of SQL Server database.
• You have the ability to see and work on the big picture (Application Architecture) and devilish details (Complex Code).
• Strong experience in developing web applications using C#, VB.Net, .NET, LINQ, Net Framework 4.0, MVC 3/4/5, ASP.NET Web API, .Net Core etc.
• You are Cloud savvy, preferably Google Cloud.
