ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Getting development inputs from Design Manager .
Field visit for observing technical requirement.
Design review meeting held with design team.
Preparation of Development Plan.
Concept modelling creation.
Design review meeting held with Design team.
Complete modelling of prototype machine,Special Tools and Welding Fixtures.
Get project budget amount from Management.
Preparation of BOM in Excel as per our company standards.
Making Sheet metal and machining component design and fabrication, in that Laser Cutting Drawing, Bending drawing, Machining drawing, Welding Drawings, Assembly Drawing, GA Drawing,Product Catalogue and SOP from SOLIDWORKS and AUTOCAD.
Quality plan creation.
Design review meeting held with Production team.
Bought out items, Sheet metal Bending,Laser cutting, Welding, Powder coating and machining process followup.
Inspection of Prototype machine components as per quality plan.
Assembly of prototype machine .
Product verification at in house.
Product validation at field.
Handover the product to production includes the following documents.
l Maintaining Design documents securely as soft copy in drive and Hard copy
1. BOM
2. Manufacturing Drawings
3. Assembly Drawings
4. Quality Plan and Standard component specification
5. Components image list
6. SOP
7. Installation drawings
8. Service manuals
ECN execution for existing product upgradation and solving problems .
Value engineering of existing products.
Machine BOM cost workout.
Leading team members and allocate their works and monitoring.
