ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive with 5 years of proven expertise in managing end-to-end logistics operations, transportation coordination, warehouse management, and supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of logistics software and industry best practices.

• Plan, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines through effective route planning and carrier negotiation.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or losses.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare regular reports on KPIs (cost, delivery times, inventory levels, etc.).
• Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Use ERP/logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS, WMS) for planning and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of logistics procedures, transportation management, and inventory control.

Machine Assembly and Material Checking , followup the Production planning Details

• Process Optimization: Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Production Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling production activities to meet demand forecasts and delivery deadlines.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose production issues, equipment malfunctions, and workflow disruptions. Propose and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular inspections, testing, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product design and development teams to optimize manufacturing processes and incorporate feedback from the production floor.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures.
• Training: Provide training and support to production staff regarding equipment operations, safety protocols, and best practices in production techniques.
• Cost Management: Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.

Fabrication and Sheet metal Knowledge Preferred

• Write detailed reports on the corrective actions to take to fix technical issues and production cycle issues
• Ensure compliance with quality specifications by the inspection and testing of materials, equipment, processes and products at different stages
• Collaborate with suppliers, managers and other personnel to meet organisational quality standards
• Coordinate with the organisation's internal teams to improve product quality and meet customer requirements
• Work in coordination with external technicians and quality assurance auditors
• Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products to increase customer satisfaction

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Getting development inputs from Design Manager .

Field visit for observing technical requirement.

Design review meeting held with design team.

Preparation of Development Plan.

Concept modelling creation.

Design review meeting held with Design team.

Complete modelling of prototype machine,Special Tools and Welding Fixtures.

Get project budget amount from Management.

Preparation of BOM in Excel as per our company standards.

Making Sheet metal and machining component design and fabrication, in that Laser Cutting Drawing, Bending drawing, Machining drawing, Welding Drawings, Assembly Drawing, GA Drawing,Product Catalogue and SOP from SOLIDWORKS and AUTOCAD.

Quality plan creation.

Design review meeting held with Production team.

Bought out items, Sheet metal Bending,Laser cutting, Welding, Powder coating and machining process followup.

Inspection of Prototype machine components as per quality plan.

Assembly of prototype machine .

Product verification at in house.

Product validation at field.

Handover the product to production includes the following documents.
