Responsibilities	Drive application software development and delivery on multiple projects in parallel  Ensure projects are executed on time, on schedule and with high quality  Participate in the design and architecture of application solutions to business requirements.  Take full ownership of projects/products from development to production  Lead and manage teams of 40+ engineers across development, testing, business analysis, UI/UX and release management  Collaborate with solution architect and functional consultant to ensure appropriate alignment to technology framework and customer requirements.  Maintain an ongoing awareness of emerging developments and trends in technology that could impact current projects and influence new projects  Engage with client and vendors and mange relationships effectively

Responsibilities

• Interact closely with design, product, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
• Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code.
• Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale.
• Review and optimize the app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively.
• Review and Optimize application usage, by monitoring key metrics, for maximum speed and scalability
• Mentoring and guiding the team members.
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, Angular Developer or front-end engineer.
• Sound knowledge in HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
• Familiar with UI layouts, SASS, Bootstrap, and the CSS GRID system
• Proficient with Typescript (Angular 2 & above)
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system.
• Passionate to create good design and usability
• A team player with excellent communication skills

 

What You'll do:

• 4+ years of experience building scalable backends using Nodejs
• In-depth knowledge of any framework of Nodejs (i.e. Express, Hapi, Koa.js)

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UX designs

- Build reusable/hygiene code and customize libraries/tools for future use

- Develop best user interaction and easy navigating features

- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, coordinating the same with design team to ensure the required files are in-place
