Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute the company’s digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support overall business growth.

The role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, SEO strategies, social media management, and marketing analytics. The candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple marketing activities independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.

Social Media Management

• Manage and optimize company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and execute performance-driven social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand reach.
• Create engaging posts, creatives, and campaign strategies to maintain a consistent brand presence online.

Content Creation & Marketing

• Develop, curate, and manage high-quality marketing content such as blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Work with design and creative teams to produce compelling visual content and marketing creatives.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines and marketing objectives.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs to enhance search engine visibility.
• Monitor SEO performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and search trends.

Email Marketing & Automation

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional mailers.
• Manage marketing automation tools to nurture leads and maintain engagement with prospects and customers.

Campaign Performance & Analytics

• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Generate MIS reports and present actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Optimize campaigns based on data-driven analysis.

Video Marketing & Creative Development

• Edit and produce high-quality videos and digital creatives for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative visual content that enhances brand engagement.

Exhibition & Event Marketing

• Coordinate company participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.
• Manage stall planning, branding materials, promotional activities, and lead management during events.
• Support post-event marketing activities and follow-up campaigns.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales and internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and revenue targets.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations to support the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Mechanical Engineering background will be an added advantage.

Solid Fundamentals and exceptional problem-solving skills

Solid and fluent understanding of algorithm and data structures

Proficiency in Scala + Spark

Role Summary 

This role will primarily be responsible for envisioning, defining, and owning the execution of upGrad's product design strategy. As the strategic design leader, team coach, and customer champion you'll galvanize people to solve complex problems, developing strategies, and ensuring product designers have the space to create products that deliver enduring value.  You will also lead change cross-functionally to drive better experiences and influence our company's product, operations, content, and data to unlock the unrealized wants of learners and coaches across new subjects and fields.

You’ll lead your team through the design process, help build a vision, and navigate ambiguity through partnering with research and enabling experimentation, all while mentoring, and growing a hardworking and capable design team.  

You’ll run design critiques, host collaboration & brainstorming sessions, drive design execution excellence, identify areas of process efficiency, and promote a high-output and fast-paced design practice.
