We are seeking a Mobile Developer Lead with experience in Flutter and native Android or native iOS development, who will lead a talented team of mobile developers. Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership: Lead a team of mobile developers working on Flutter apps, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior developers. Set technical standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
2. Development: Actively participate in mobile app development using Flutter, andoccasionally in native Android or iOS development as needed. Review and contribute to the codebase when necessary.

4. Process Improvement: Streamline development processes, implement Agile methodologies, and continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency and productivity.
5. Technology Evaluation & Adoption: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies such as FlutterFlow, tools, and trends. Evaluate and introduce new technologies that can enhance the mobile development process.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality development and delivery, including code reviews, testing, and monitoring to meet or exceed customer expectations.
7. Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven experience (4-7 years) in mobile app development with native Android or iOS, and expertise in Flutter development.
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading and motivating development teams.
● Prior experience in either native Android (Java/Kotlin) or native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
● Familiarity with mobile app architecture, design patterns and state management
● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Job description
- Hands-on experience in C#, http://asp.net/">ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server.
- Experience in latest .Net framework versions (4/4.5/.Net Core 2.0 Frameworks), SQL Server 2008/2012.
- Experience in OOPS, HTML5, Bootstrap,CSS, AJAX/ JavaScript/ JQuery/ AngularJS and Angular 2.0 and web development.

- .NET Full Stack (C#, MVC / .Net Core, WEB API, JSON, REST, JavaScript, Ajax)

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure, with a focus on scalability, security, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline the deployment process, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of software applications.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Utilize infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles to create and manage infrastructure deployments using Terraform, ARM templates, or similar tools.
- Manage and monitor containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or other container orchestration platforms.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of four years of proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and deployment automation.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Security, and Azure Monitor.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration platforms, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Docker Swarm.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with relevant tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What will you do?
- You’ll be our Product Champ in all areas. Providing solutions to different problems of clients by taking help of different internal tools, coordinating with Tech Support (this is one team with whom you’ll be working the most), Network operations, Customer Success, Product and Finance teams.
- You'll work one-on-one with customers, helping them to get the most out of Exotel. You might wing unplanned Skype calls and live screen-shares apart from answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to clients.
- Maintain our https://support.exotel.in/support/home" target="_blank">knowledge base site. Write, edit and help create content whenever necessary.
- We work 24*7, considering we now are expanding geographically. We expect you to be comfortable working in rotational shifts (you’ll be working from home during nights and over weekends, though)
