Role Overview 

As a Software Craftsperson III, your impact is felt at an initiative/pod-level, solving problems with high autonomy, technical depth, and ability to influence team practices. You promote a learning culture within your team; encourages curiosity and simplification.  

At this level, you are expected to apply feedback effectively, mentor others, and contribute meaningfully to team and pod-level impact. You provide timely, trend-based feedback that improves team outcomes; and creates impact by leading up and down.

From refining requirements to reviewing and refactoring code, you’ll pair with AI to explore solutions faster, catch issues earlier, and raise the quality bar continuously. Responsibilities 

Take responsibility for the full lifecycle of an initiative, independently managing production readiness gaps and escalations. 

Design and deliver features of end-to-end, balanced scope, quality, and maintainability. 

Identify technical or product issues beyond the immediate scope of work. 

Identify process waste using DevEx and DORA principles and drive improvements. 

Support estimation, vertical slicing, and MVP discussions. 

Drive initiative-level improvements in flow and quality. 

Communicate effectively at the appropriate level of abstraction with both team and client. 

Provide timely, trend-based feedback. 

Lead through ambiguity by clarifying priorities, aligning stakeholders, and keeping the team focused on outcomes. 

Promote a learning culture within the team. 

Mentor engineers to raise team performance. 

Shape team practices related to code quality, tooling, and process. 

Use AI to accelerate design, testing, and delivery. 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

Must have: Should have strong specialization in either Python or PHP (around 5+ years of experience) along with solid working knowledge of the other technology (at least 2 years of experience).

Good to have: React.js and Tyepscript

A curious and constant learning mindset that looks at tech to an end to solve problems.

This is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence three days a week.​

We are seeking a mature, proactive, and highly capable Senior Java Full Stack Engineer with 4 – 6+ years of mid/senior profile in Java, Full Stack, React, Cloud Services. Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain production-grade applications using Java, Microservices, Python, and React/Next.js.
• Develop reusable frontend components and optimized backend services/microservices.
• Ensure clean architecture, maintainability, and code quality.
• Own development across the lifecycle—design, build, testing, deployment.
• Build AI chatbots, automation agents, and intelligent Assistants.
• Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation best practices.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud workloads on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Design and implement serverless architectures, microservices, and event-driven flows.
• Use Docker, CI/CD, and best DevOps practices.
• Ensure scalability, security, cost optimization, and reliability.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Comfortably handle ambiguity, break down problems, and deliver with ownership.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Job Description:

• Should have knowledge and created forms using Django. Crispy forms is a plus point.
• Must have leadership experience 
• Should have good understanding of function based and class based views.
• Should have good understanding about authentication (JWT and Token authentication)
• Django – at least one senior with deep Django experience. The other 1 or 2 can be mid to senior python or Django
• FrontEnd – Must have React/ Angular, CSS experience
• Database – Ideally SQL but most senior has solid DB experience
• Cloud – Azure preferred but agnostic
• Consulting / client project background ideal.

Django Stack:

• Django

• Server Side Rendered/jQuery is older tech but is what we are ok with for internal tools. This is a good combination of late adopter agile stack integrated within an enterprise. Potentially we can push them to React for some discreet projects or pages that need more dynamism.

Django Devops:

• Should have expertise with deploying and managing Django in Azure.
• Django deployment to Azure via Docker.
• Django connection to Azure SQL.
• Django auth integration with Active Directory.
• Terraform scripts to make this setup seamless.
• Easy, proven to deployment / setup to AWS, GCP.
• Load balancing, more advanced services, task queues, etc.

Your Tasks:

• Participate in all aspect of operation and application support.
• Work primarily in Java-on-Java Spring and web frameworks like Bootstrap and Vue.js.
• Engage and collaborate across time zones with different front-end and back-end developers.
• Working closely with your teammates on knowledge sharing and experience build-up.
• Drive development best practices with your teammates to deliver high quality solutions. 

  Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering with strong communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience building large-scale software applications or web applications
• Strong knowledge of Full-Stack development with Java Spring Framework and established web frameworks Bootstrap, Vue.js, React or AngularJS.
• Experience of different data stores and search engine solutions like Apache Solr or Elasticsearch and designing and implementing API web services (RESTful and SOAP-based)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment whiles providing operational support capability.
