Hands-on experience implementing and managing DLP solutions in AWS and Azure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team and provide valuable insights and analysis on our cybersecurity training content and competitors. Our business vertical focuses on delivering automated cybersecurity training through a software platform to over 1 million employees of our 150+ global customers. We cater to various industries and diverse backgrounds, with different levels of technical expertise. Thus, we create a diversified variety of content to cater to the training requirements of different user groups and personas. The SME's role will be pivotal in ensuring efficient and effective cybersecurity awareness training by creating high-quality content. 

Responsibilities: 

● Review and evaluate cybersecurity awareness content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness. 

● Write industry-specific technical content to cater to the diversified audience.

● Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content quality and alignment with industry standards. 

● Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and potential gaps in our offerings. 

● Analyze global competitor strategies and offerings to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities that benefit our customers. 

● Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and industry developments to ensure our offerings remain competitive. 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is aligned with marketing and sales strategies. 

● Identify and refine complex security problems in a simplified and layman way. 

Qualifications: 

● Bachelor's degree or certifications in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.

● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity content writing and competitive analysis.

● Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices. 

● Experience with analyzing competitor strategies and offerings. 

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in defining and architecting future-ready commercial and customer-facing Digital products and platforms and demonstrated digital architecture thought leadership (big picture thinking)
• Should have extensive experience in designing Salesforce applications, solution blueprinting, effort estimation, and creating work plans
• Should have strong experience in hands-on development using out-of-box features and custom development with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and other force.com programming languages including high proficiency in lightning
• Should provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions including integrations with other enterprise software solutions
• Build and develop web services using REST, SOAP, and other Salesforce APIs to support various integration points with other systems
• Functionally strong in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ (Configure Price Quote)
• A technically strong and hands-on person willing to code and enthusiastic/ passionate about technical problems in Salesforce.
• Strong exposure to Salesforce Lightning (Lightning Experience, Aura and, LWC) and understands in-depth of Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Strong exposure to Portals (Partner, Customer) with a varied use of using CMS and Data-Driven Development.
• Understand Lifecycle of Business and Lifecycle Transformation in Salesforce in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Service and, Supply Chain Verticals.
• Could perform System Evaluation in recommending points and consideration for Config vs Code.
• Has performed atleast three End to end Project Transformations in Salesforce using Sales, Service or Community.
• Proactive and willing to learn new technologies with a focus on Very Large Data Volumes and Security.
• Should have Admin, Platform Developer 2 with either salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Community Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Voracious and Independent thinker willing to handle Customers/ Stakeholders. Willing to work independently as required.
• Should be aware of Scrum working process and handling large teams (More than 30 Members).
• Strong influencing and communication skills - Ability to present solutions to IT Leadership, business stakeholders, product and development teams in a compelling manner to help them understand why such a solution is required and have the ability to justify the rationale of the particular solution design. Ability to influence in complex situations where stakeholders do not always agree about methods, choices, and strategic direction.
• Experience with developing resource and budget estimates (BOM and staffing)
• Working with global remote teams

Desired Skills:

• Nice to Have Salesforce Architecture Certification in Application Architect or System Architect with exposure to CTA.
• Nice to have a person who understands Salesforce B2B E-commerce, Marketing Cloud, and varying Industry Cloud exposure.
• Strong familiarity with emerging digital frameworks and patterns, Information Security and Data access controls
• Experience of working with platform/package vendors and their solution teams as part of architecting the overall solution.
• Technical acumen and proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies, tools, and governance/standards
• Ability to deliver various artifacts as part of the enterprise application architecture, including implementation models, technology matrices, communications diagrams, application use-case diagrams, migration/distribution diagrams, etc.
• Understanding of software development practices like DevOps and CI/CD tool chains (i.e., Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure DevOps, GitHub) is preferred

• Well versed in Core Java, OOPs concepts, collections, multi-threading, concurrency, lambdas, and streams.
• Hands-on knowledge of Spring Core, MVC, JPA, Security, transaction
• Working knowledge of REST API designing as well as development, using Spring.
• Exposure to Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift for the microservices environment.
• Savvy with SQL and database concepts.
• Ability to use frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, etc., for implementing unit testing.
• Sound understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/bit bucket with Maven.
• Should have worked in a CI/CD environment with TeamCity/Jenkins.
