Job Description :
SAFe Certified Scrum Master
We are looking for scrum master who will be working with multiple teams simultaneously, so a can-do attitude and the ability to handle several projects at once are essential qualities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values while maintaining our culture and spirit
Facilitating Scrum meetings
Supporting the team through a servant leadership style
Working with the team and any external resources to help identify impediments and remove them
Facilitating communication with other teams as needed to address any cross-team dependencies
Monitoring progress against operational metrics
Working with the product owner to establish and review team-specific metrics designed to improve team performance (in addition to operational metrics)
Gaining a high-level understanding of the application(s) to the extent useful in serving other scrum master responsibilities
Participating with the product owner and business analyst in discussions around strategic planning, including vision, goals, and road maps
Ensuring that the team has the resources (i.e., people and tools) necessary for success
Organizing Agile/Scrum training workshops as needed
Attending the weekly scrum master "Scrum of Scrums" to report on team activities
Providing traditional project management support for projects as needed
Core strengths :
3–5 years of experience as a scrum master; CSM®️ certification is a must
A strong desire to help the team succeed and do what is necessary to make it happen
Ability to work on multiple Scrum teams concurrently (usually no more than two)
Experience working independently, as well as in a team-oriented collaborative environment
Strong, clear communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Persuasive, adaptable, encouraging, and motivating
An independent learner and self-starter
An eye for detail but able to see the big picture

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Capital Markets or Equities to join our team in Pune. Mandatory Skills :

- Design and develop automated test scripts using the Cucumber framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end test coverage of Capital Markets workflows.
- Work with the development and business teams to validate requirements and specifications.
- Leverage your understanding of the FIX protocol to test electronic trading systems.
- Perform testing using Unix/Shell scripts and support test environments.
- Analyze and report test results, logging defects, and following up on resolutions.
Required Skills :
- 6 to 8 Years of experience in Quality Assurance and Automation Testing.
- Strong experience in Automation Testing using Cucumber.
- Proficiency in Java for writing test scripts.
- Good understanding of FIX Protocol.
- Exposure to Unix/Linux and ability to write Shell scripts.

Key Accountabilities:
· Lead origination – conceptualize and develop implementable annual business plans to support growth of the Business Vertical / Organization. Meeting consultants, business influencers, EPC Contractors, OEMs.
· Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discover and explore opportunities including comprehensive evaluation of opportunities and undertaking feasibility studies. Joint meeting with Applications team to understand project requirement, customer expectations, propose practical solution. Regular follow up and closing the deal.
· Evaluate business potential and competition through continuous mapping of competing market players in terms of current business and new areas of business development.
· Develop negotiating strategies by studying – OEM price inputs, Competition, Client requirements, Our capabilities.
· Develop and nurture the BD team to work seamlessly with cross functional and business teams for achievement of desired results and timely submission of bids in the competitive bidding process.
· Establish, build and maintain an excellent network in Oil and Gas Sector Companies, PSUs, LSTK/EPC Contractors, liquid customers, and industry associations to acquire market information, sustain current business as well as develop/incubate new businesses for growth.
