Job Description:

• Help design and create Automation test scripts using Cypress
• Good programming skills in Javascript
• Basic understanding of technologies like Node.js, Mongo DB, React
• Experience with tools & applications such as JIRA, Notion, Git, NPM
• Contribute to clean and maintainable code
• Write Automated tests for Complex API, web based applications with sufficient test coverage
• Works cross functional areas with internal teams in a disciplined agile environment.
• Develop and maintain required automation infrastructure to support new product feature testing
• Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verify fixes.
• Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
• Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
• Works closely with software developers to create software artefacts including test plans, test cases, test procedures and test reports.
• Experience working in agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and its processes
• Estimates own testing tasks and works productively with minimum supervision while showing excellent team attitude.
• Represents team leadership and provides technical guidance and training to junior test engineers.
• Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
• Investigating customer problems referred to you by the customer support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
• Noting all testing actions you have performed in daily and weekly reports.
• Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.
• Managing the final quality on production release.

Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years experience in scripting and/or programming in JavaScript
• Hands on experience in Test automation with Cypress/Playwright/Protractor/Webdriver.io
• Bachelor’s degree/M.Sc./MCA from an accredited university related to Computer science/Information Technology discipline
• Must be detail oriented, analytical and creative thinker with passion for quality and test automation.
• Comfortable getting around a professional environment

About the Role

Position: Sales Representative, SMB (Asia & Middle East)

Location: Pune (Remote) 

Timings : Must be able to work in the eastern time zone to overlap with key stakeholders 

What You Will Do:

• Identify and target SMB customers in Asia and the Middle East, with a focus on India.
• Conduct market research to understand SMB needs and buying behaviors.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach, leveraging various channels.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
• Tailor solutions to address customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights for sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in India.
• Strong understanding of the SMB market in Asia, specifically India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and sales productivity tools (ie. Outreach).
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team in assisting the growth of the business by acquiring new business leads.

• Pitch and promote Igeeks's services to prospective clients

• Career counseling of prospective students and understanding their learning objectives to offer relevant Igeeks products to them.

• Build sales leads through referrals and cold calling to generate sales (monthly target/revenue oriented)
