Job Description

• Meeting with the client and internal team to review website and application requirements.
• Setting up project completion timelines with client and tracking it to closure.
• Configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements.
• Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
• Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications.
• Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
• Testing and debugging code, troubleshooting software issues.
• Reviewing website interface and software stability.
• Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications.
• Prepare Solution Design Documentation of projects.
• Providing systems training to staff and customers.

• Reporting - Dashboard, Growth Report, All Project Reports MTD, QTD, YTD wise
• Collect the Data from Project Team to analyze it daily or monthly basis
• Expertise in MS Office and Report Generation
• Work very closely with teams across delivery locations and client
• SharePoint and VBA skills
• To be willing to work in US shifts
• Perform requisite MIS (Count sheets, internal & external reporting)
• Adhere to reasonable operational requests from the management
• Expert in managing new SharePoint sites with approval workflow and maintenance of the existing sites.
• High-level coding skills.
• Ability to solve complex software issues.
• Detail orientated.
• Self-motivated.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Camunda development; Camunda certification required.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Camunda components like Job Workers and Process Models, following best practices.
• Proficient in integrations with external systems using REST APIs, connectors, web services, and experience in building REST services with Spring Boot or .NET.
• Hands-on experience integrating Camunda with Front End, Streaming Products, PostGres, SMTP, SAP, and RPA systems; strong SQL query and function writing skills.
• Experienced in deploying solutions via Bitbucket and GIT, maintaining documentation, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Skilled in tracking and resolving CRs/Defects through JIRA and providing technical support for UAT/PROD environments.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our industry-leading advertising technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable and high-performance software solutions.

Design and develop robust, user-friendly, and scalable web applications using Java and modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.

Implement and maintain server-side applications using Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot) to handle business logic, data processing, and integration with external systems.

Create and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and ensure data integrity in collaboration with database administrators.

Ensure code quality through unit testing, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to improve application performance and reliability.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations on incorporating new tools and techniques to enhance the development process and deliver high-quality software.

Collaborate with the product team to refine and prioritize feature requirements, and deliver software solutions within project timelines.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.

Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot).

Extensive experience in developing front-end applications using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).

Solid understanding of web application architecture and design patterns, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and single-page applications.

Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB, including data modeling and query optimization.

Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience with build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in agile teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

Experience with testing frameworks and practices, such as JUnit, Mockito, or Selenium.

Understanding of advertising technology and industry-specific challenges.

Previous experience in developing scalable and high-traffic web applications.

Create, customize and maintain ESRI ArcGIS-based applications and APIs using ArcGIS Server JavaScript API.

knowledge of ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns

Troubleshoot GIS software, custom application, and other system components.
