About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our HR operations. This role involves extensive calling, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and day-to-day HR support activities. You will work closely with the HR lead to ensure smooth hiring and employee engagement processes.
What you'll do:
- Make calls per day to candidates for screening, follow-ups, and interview coordination.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Share job details, explain roles, and manage candidate queries
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR trackers
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment operations
- Support onboarding formalities and documentation
- Follow up with candidates for offer acceptance and joining
- Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative tasks
- Support day-to-day HR operations as assigned

3+ years working on the ServiceNow platform or 6+ years of Industry experience
ServiceNow PreSales accreditations in all product lines
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – current or within 6 months of hire
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) – current or within 6 months of hire
Required Qualifications
Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITSM solutions in client environments
Additional experience in one of the following product lines: CSM, HR, ITBM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, SecOps, or Software Asset Mgmt.
Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
Experience using the Agile/Scrum methodology, leading scrum teams, leading backlog grooming, etc
Active listening skills, respecting others' point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input while demonstrating strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, and presentational)

About Role:
We are looking for a Public Relations (PR) Specialist to take on full responsibility for creating, planning, and executing public relations strategies in order to maintain and enhance the perception of our company among various internal and external audiences.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create PR plans and strategies
- Improve the quality of the company’s voice via different online and offline channels
- Serve as a first contact person for all media queries
- Write press releases, media announcements, speeches and other PR copy

- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Good understanding of REACT application, Native Android, System architecture, and workflows

**Backend and Databases**
- Experience with Nodejs/Firebase/Nestjs
- Experience MongoDB/Firestore is a must

- Knowledge of Authentication, authorizations, mailing, fileuploading etc is a must
- Should know querying in mongodb along with Aggregation Pipeline, Map-Reduce,etc
