Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and review financial statements (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual).
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, TCS, and other regulations.
Lead audits (internal & external), ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
2. Cost Accounting & Analysis
Drive cost accounting processes (product costing, variance analysis, cost control).
Collaborate with plant & operations teams on cost optimization.
Maintain cost structures and departmental allocations.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
Monitor actual vs. budget performance; recommend corrective actions.
Support department heads in resource allocation and budget adherence.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and manage the accounts team.
Foster a collaborative, growth-driven work culture.
Keep the team updated on accounting standards & industry changes.
5. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.

Qualifications:
Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience: 2–3 years in Accounting/Finance/Audit post-qualification

Must Haves:
• Minimum 3- 6 years of design experience
• At least two years of experience working on digital products which include creating highly-detailed annotated wireframes, user flows, process flows and high-fidelity screens
