
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications.
- Validate SFCC Storefront (SFRA) functionality including PLP, PDP, Cart, Checkout, Promotions, and Payments.
- Test integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, and tax services.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Execute API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams for requirement analysis and defect resolution.

- 3+ years of QA experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce / Demandware).
