Eligibility

Experience and Qualification

• 2-5 Years of experience with Drools/Kofax Workflow.
• Java Microservices: 2-3 years Spring Boot, Spring Integration or Batch.
• Working knowledge of Databases
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Write well designed testable, efficient code, and ensure that the designs comply with specifications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in project management and related areas. 
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end.
• Resource management skills and ability to handle complex / sensitive issues
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Awareness about the latest technologies for product development and execution.

• Manage project work in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) obligations and ensure accurate team reporting.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan with proper cost and time estimates.
• Ensure that all projects/releases are delivered on-time within the scope to attain customer satisfaction.
• Meet with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress.
• Ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.
• Build and structure project teams to ensure maximum performance. 

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript

• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.

• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• A knack for benchmarking and optimization

Qualifications

• Knowledge of any Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools like Jira or similar bug tracking tools - MUST
• An ability to rapidly grasp and apply complex business and technical concepts
• An ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent English Speaker - MUST
• Technical English writing in high level
• At least 2 Years and a maximum of 7 years of manual testing experience on web application
• Knowledge in SQL basic queries
• Knowledge in testing REST APIs
• Certification of ISTQB

• Atleast 2 years experience in exclusive tech hiring, preferably for product startups.
• Expertise in leveraging the Internet, ATS/CRM applications and sites such as LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, Github to find candidates.
• You should be a pro at X-Ray searches and complicated Boolean search strings.
• Ability to devise innovative ways of sourcing candidates who are generally not available to most on the internet.
