We are seeking a skilled and proactive Agile Automation QA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through the development and execution of automation test strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile principles, expertise in automation tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Automation:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar frameworks.

1. Agile Collaboration:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.

1. Test Planning and Execution:

• Develop or follow detailed test plans, test scripts, and test data based on user stories and requirements.
• Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects promptly.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Continuously enhance automation frameworks and adopt best practices to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automated tests into the build process.

1. Quality Metrics and Reporting:

• Track and report key quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and automation effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress and challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years in QA, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium etc..
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured etc..
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

You have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry
• PMP, ITIL certification is a plus
• Overall 10+ years of experience with 8+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, Implementation experience of business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus

What you’ll do:

• Implement and manage a large volume portfolio of key customer accounts
• Responsible for optimal solution design and ensure it meets the client’s business needs
• Work closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their workflow processes and business challenges to create a Business Requirements document and project plan with the goal of a successful implementation of their chosen Replicon solution
• Oversee successful implementation/configuration of Replicon’s product suite for each customer account by closely working with business analyst
• Develop a strategy for each engagement by identifying their critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plan of action
• Work collaboratively with internal resources keeping the best interests of the customer (technical support, engineering, sales, etc.) and meeting project timelines
• Participate in project planning activities, including defining detailed project tasks/activities

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.

- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.

• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes.
• Create discipline specific BIM Modelling content.
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
• Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilisation of BIM softwares and tools.
