The Partnership Associate will focus on nurturing existing partner relationships and identifying and onboarding new partners to strengthen Marmeto’s ecosystem. This role is critical for expanding strategic alliances and driving mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment and mutual growth.

• Identify and onboard new partners to expand Marmeto’s network.

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive referrals and business opportunities.

• Collaborate with partners to co-create and promote joint offerings.

• Track and report on partnership performance metrics.

• Organize and participate in partner-focused events, webinars, and campaigns.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 13-15 years
• Strong technical background with node.js, event loop understanding, unit testing, developing web application & APIs, event & stream, call-back & closures, promise, async/await, accessing file system, Optimization techniques
• understanding of different components such as web server, storages, integrations
• should have worked on designing and building server-side solutions (in any technology), build process of node.js, CI/CD process of node.js, multi-tasking (working on multiple things at same time)
• Good knowledge of functional and Object-Oriented Programming
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.

• Should have experience in Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas and sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures. Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
• Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
• Fundamental knowledge of design patterns
• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
• Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery.
• Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Roles and responsibilities:

Although the roles and responsibilities will be governed primarily by the objectives mentioned above, here are the few activities which will surely be part of the role:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to HR planning, recruitment, employee engagement and development, C&B, Learning and Performance Management
• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs
• Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; Learning and organizational development
• Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system
• Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices in human resources and employment laws. Applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to management
• Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management

• Candidate must have knowledge in the testing domain and must have knowledge of testing of web-based applications.
• The candidate will be responsible for the testing of web-based applications.
  The candidate will also act as the Business Analyst for the project. 
  The eye-catching ability to find bugs from a client’s perspective.
• Exposure to Automation Testing using Testing Tools such as (Selenium Web driver, TestNG, jmeter or similar tools) will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle.
• Familiar with Database testing; good reporting & documenting skills.
• Good analytical skills with Out of the box thinking and can do attitude.
• Should be flexible and adaptable 
• Good Problem-solving and Troubleshooting skill
• Will be responsible for creating Test cases and creating Client & Internal Reporting.
