Role Overview

We're seeking a MERN Stack Developer with experience in Web3 development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building full-stack applications, integrating smart contracts, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Integrate smart contracts and blockchain functionality using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and blockchain engineers
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Stay updated with the latest Web3 trends and technologies

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with the MERN stack
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of smart contracts, Ethereum, and Web3.js/Ethers.js
• Familiarity with Solidity and Ethereum development tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat)
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience with IPFS, The Graph, or Layer 2 solutions
• Contributions to open-source Web3 projects

Quantitative R&D Engineer

As a Quantitative R&D Engineer, you’ll explore data and design logic that becomes live trading strategies. You’ll bridge the gap between raw research and deployed, autonomous capital systems.

What You’ll Work On

• Analyze on-chain and market data to identify inefficiencies and behavioral patterns.
• Develop and prototype systematic trading strategies using statistical and ML-based techniques.
• Contribute to signal research, backtesting infrastructure, and strategy evaluation frameworks.
• Monitor and interpret DeFi protocol mechanics (AMMs, perps, lending markets) for alpha generation.
• Collaborate with engineers to turn research into production-grade, automated trading systems.

Compensation:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on JavaScript stack technologies.
• Proven experience in integrating blockchain technology into web applications, with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with R&D teams and incorporate blockchain into the development and design of solutions that employ cross-asset frameworks and concepts
• Leadership abilities in order to provide the team with the correct direction to ensure that the correct solution is implemented with tremendous success.
• Build performance indicators to assess the performance of the Blockchain.
• Preparation of a risk and failure analysis and risk prevention plan.

Required Skills:

• Worked on new technologies and develop performance standards for appraising any new solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of blockchain architectural concepts and the development of storage solutions.
• He shall have a solid understanding of Blockchain foundations, consensus algorithms, and smart contracts 
• Excellent knowledge of blockchain frameworks, for example, Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, and Ethereum
• Good command over the several consensus algorithms used for the Bitcoin Blockchain, Ethereum, Byzantine fault-tolerant algorithms
• Strong understanding of cryptography, in order to provide greater security and immutability to the system

• Working with various departments to coordinate and develop digital CRM solutions including bespoke in-house software

• Prepare user and systems documentation as needed.
• Design & implement Blockchain solutions which may run on Blockchain platforms and composed of multiple software packages based on Solution Architect.
• Lead a team of Blockchain juniors/trainees.
• Work with product managers and other product teams.
