Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Kotlin

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle

- Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps

- Conduct unit testing and assist in code reviews

- Troubleshoot and debug applications

Required Skills :

- Strong programming experience in Java (Core/Advanced)

- Experience in Kotlin

- Solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and data structures

- Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Ktor, or Android SDK

- Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs

- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and CI/CD tools

- Basic knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit or Mockito

You will:

• Collaborate with the I-Stem Voice AI team and CEO to design, build and ship new agent capabilities
• Develop, test and refine end-to-end voice agent models (ASR, NLU, dialog management, TTS)
• Stress-test agents in noisy, real-world scenarios and iterate for improved robustness and low latency
• Research and prototype cutting-edge techniques (e.g. robust speech recognition, adaptive language understanding)
• Partner with backend and frontend engineers to seamlessly integrate AI components into live voice products
• Monitor agent performance in production, analyze failure cases, and drive continuous improvement
• Occasionally demo our Voice AI solutions at industry events and user forums

You are:

• An AI/Software Engineer with hands-on experience in speech-centric ML (ASR, NLU or TTS)
• Skilled in building and tuning transformer-based speech models and handling real-time audio pipelines
• Obsessed with reliability: you design experiments to push agents to their limits and root-cause every error
• A clear thinker who deconstructs complex voice interactions from first principles
• Passionate about making voice technology inclusive and accessible for diverse users
• Comfortable moving fast in a small team, yet dogged about code quality, testing and reproducibility

• Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in web development using core PHP,Wordpress, CodeIgniter etc
• Must have hands-on experience in front-end using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS etc.
• Must have experience with design patters such as RESTful, AJAX, and jQuery
• Experience in building responsive web pages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Should have working knowledge of MySQL database system
• Should have basic programming skills using object-oriented programming (OOP) languages with in-depth knowledge of common APIs and data structures

• Write well designed, testable, efficient quality code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Developing and implementing strong algorithms/techniques for solving problems in a

Responsibilities -

Responsibilities for - Full Stack:

Serve as technical throughout the full development lifecycle, end-to-end i.e. Planning to Delivery
Gather functional requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications
Provide design reviews to other engineers, i.e. feedback on Architecture, Design, Integration, Performance and Scalability
Design and Implementation of the overall web architecture including Database
Design and construction of our REST API & Integrating it with front-end UI
Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability

 Skill Sets:

Minimum 4+ Years’ experience with:
Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
Expertise in back-end programming language JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJs
Familiarity with framework—both front-end and back-end, Angular / React
Familiarity with CSS pre-processors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries e.g., Sass, Less, or webpack
Database design and management
Thorough understanding of user experience (UX)
Proficiency with Git
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
