Job description:

6+ years of hands on experience with both Manual and Automated testing with strong preference of experience using AccelQ on Salesforce ans SAP platforms.

Proven expertise in Salesforce particularly within the Sales Cloud module.

Proficient in writing complex SOQL and SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.

Extensive experience in designing and developing robust, reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce environments.

Highly skilled at early issue detection, with a deep understanding of backend configurations, process flows and validation rules.

Should have a strong background in Salesforce testing, with hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestNG. 

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test scripts, executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. 

A solid understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and APIs is essential. 

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like Git is preferred. 

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and improve the overall QA process. 

· Write effective and scalable code in Ruby

· Build back-end components for web applications

· Test applications for performance, responsiveness, and security

· Review and debug junior developers’ code

· Integrate data storage and data processing solutions

· Build, install, and share gems and plugins

· Create automated test scripts

· Improve and maintain applications after deployment

· Coordinate with team members who work on different layers of infrastructure

Job Profile – Digital Marketing Executive (International Market - Paid Advertising )

Location – Indore, Work from Office Only

Package – 25000 to 35000 ( depending on the interview)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads,Instagram etc.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improved ROI.
• Create compelling ad copy and engaging visual content to attract and convert target audience.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital advertising innovation.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensures compliance with advertising guidelines and policies.
• Manage budgets and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements :

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• English Communication & Marketing Skills required.
• Proven working experience of minimum 1 year in Digital Marketing.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analysis or others equivalent to them.
• Proven work experience as a Paid Marketing Expert or similar role, preferably in the Forex or Comex/ Finance industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 12 years of professional experience in React Native development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices and principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.    Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.    Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.    Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.    Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.    Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.    Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.    Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.    Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.    Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10. Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11. Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

·      10-15 years in clinical work and / or mental health training

·      Qualification: Education in Mental Health

·      Experience in Clinical Practice / Research

·      Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult

·      Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

You would be part of:

1. Designing/Improvement of new/existing architectures of distributed computing with subcomponents of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
2. Working/Researching with industrial state of the art sensor systems and modules, and developing drivers (HAL or wrapper) and applications around their usage.
3. Design and implementation of communication protocols between different subcomponents of UAS for distributed computing.
4. Writing Applications and Drivers from the scratch for (embedded)linux based systems.
5. Scripting and automations around work flows of UAS usage.
6. Working with existing sophisticated software stacks of subcomponents of UASs.
7. Working closely with electronics, design and systems teams for architecture development and deployment.
8. Working closely with Flight Controller engineers to do collaborative development of UAVs.

We expect you to be:

1. Experienced in hands-on development of complex embedded systems involving multiple microcontrollers or SoCs.
2. Very good in analytical abilities to be able to do core research and development activities.
3. Able to write low level drivers (wrapper or core) from the scratch.
4. Very comfortable reading and understanding datasheets and reference manuals of microcontrollers, peripherals, sensors etc.
5. Able to understand existing complex embedded software stack written in C/C++.
6. Solid in C.
7. Good in C++.
8. Comfortable with using hardware debuggers.
9. Having Hands-On experience with RTOS concepts like scheduling, threads synchronicity , race conditions etc.
10. Having Solid understanding of interrupt mechanisms.
11. Experienced in working with different hardware protocols like SPI, I2C, UART, PWM, CAN, USB etc.
12. Having Solid understanding of interrupts architecture of ARM based microcontrollers like STM32, LPC etc.
13. Having Good understanding of the concept of bootloaders.
14. Able to multitask.
