The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating characters from scratch and rigging them for Unity and Unreal Engine. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing characters to life.

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D characters from concept art or references, adhering to project specifications and style
• Design and implement realistic or stylized facial expressions using blend shapes and rigging techniques
• Create efficient and optimized character rigs for animation, including skinning and weight painting
• Collaborate with the art and animation team to ensure consistency of character design and quality across all assets
• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues related to rigging, animation, and integration into game engines

Requirements:
