Mandatory

Strong Product / Business Analytics profile, with a focus on B2C digital products

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ YOE in Consumer analytics for Product / Marketing / Business / Consumer behaviour Insights for B2C Products (Don't want logistics, operations or supply-chain focused analytics profiles, they should have worked on consumer-side analytics)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience with data analysis tools (SQL or Excel or Python or R)

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on experience with KPI dashboard creation and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI among others) for effective reporting at various organizational levels

Mandatory (Company): B2C product companies offering digital / Tech products (such as Fintech, EdTech, AdTech, TravelTech)

Mandatory (Exclusion): Avoid all e-commerce companies like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, as their scope of work is limited and irrelevant to their requirement.

Note: Candidates must be from B2C tech product companies where the core user experience is driven by the technology itself—not from companies like Ola, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Uber, where the user experience is shaped by a tangible service (e.g., food delivery or cab rides).

Mandatory (Stability): Minimum 2 years per role required. One short stint is acceptable if there’s a long tenure (eg: 5+ years) in a prior role. Frequent job changes are straight rejects.

Note: Total years of experience must not exceed 4 years.

We are looking for a Marketing Lead / Manager who will play a key role in defining and executing our e-commerce marketing strategy. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and executional excellence to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, SEO, email, events, and partner-driven).

• Create and oversee marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, brochures, video content, and presentations.

• Work closely with external marketing agencies, consultants, and creative partners to drive campaigns and branding initiatives.

• Plan and manage partner marketing, webinars, industry events, and collaborations to boost visibility and engagement.

• Support the sales and presales team with tailored proposals, presentations, and solution-driven content.

• Collect customer and market insights to refine targeting, improve conversion funnels, and generate high-quality leads.

• Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing programs, optimising for ROI.

• Ensure effective project management, tracking, and communication across multiple stakeholders and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 4–10 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing for e-commerce software, SaaS, or IT services.

• Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, branding, and campaign execution.

• Experience working with external agencies and consultants.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and take data-driven decisions.

• Creative thinker with experience in event planning, partner collaboration, and brand building.

Main tasks

• Supervision of the CI/CD process for the automated builds and deployments of web services and web applications as well as desktop tool in the cloud and container environment
• Responsibility of the operations part of a DevOps organization especially for development at LS telcom in the environment of container technology and orchestration, e.g. with Kubernetes
• Installation, operation and monitoring of web applications in cloud data centers for the purpose of development of the test as well as for the operation of an own productive cloud as LS service
• Implementation of installations of the LS system solution especially in the container context
• Introduction, maintenance and improvement of installation solutions for LS development in the desktop and server environment as well as in the cloud and with on-premise Kubernetes
• Maintenance of the system installation documentation and implementation of trainings

Execution of internal software tests and support of involved teams and stakeholders

• Hands on Experience with Azure DevOps.

Qualification profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics or comparable qualification

• Installation and administration of Linux and Windows systems including network and firewalling aspects
• Experience with build and deployment automation with tools like Jenkins, Gradle, Argo or similar as well as system scripting (Bash, Power-Shell, etc.)

Job description:

We are looking for a PBI Analytics Lead responsible for efficient Data Visualization/ DAX Queries and Data Modeling. The candidate will work on creating complex Power BI reports. He will be involved in creating complex M, Dax Queries and working on data modeling, Row-level security, Visualizations, Data Transformations, and filtering. He will be closely working with the client team to provide solutions and suggestions on Power BI.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurate, intuitive, and aesthetic Visual Display of Quantitative Information: We generate data, information, and insights through our business, product, brand, research, and talent teams. You would assist in transforming this data into visualizations that represent easy-to-consume visual summaries, dashboards and storyboards. Every graph tells a story.
• Understanding Data: You would be performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. You would be mining large datasets to determine its characteristics and select appropriate visualizations.
• Project Owner: You would develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions, and would be continuously reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.
