Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Mentoring (30%)

• Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of [X] Customer Success Associates. Conduct weekly 1:1s to review pipeline, blockers, and personal development.
• Escalation Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for critical client issues that your team cannot resolve independently.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor team KPIs (Time-to-Value, NPS, Response Time) and provide constructive feedback to ensure targets are met.

2. Strategic Reporting & Analytics (30%)

• Executive Reporting: Own the generation of weekly and monthly CS reports for the leadership team. This includes tracking Churn Rate, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Customer Health Scores.
• Forecasting: Analyze usage data to predict potential churn risks and identify upsell opportunities for the upcoming quarter.
• QBR Preparation: Standardize the template and data requirements for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) across the team to ensure consistency.
• Data Integrity: Maintain hygiene in our CRM/CS Platform, ensuring all client interactions and health metrics are logged accurately.

3. Client Management (40%)

• Portfolio Management: Directly manage a portfolio of our High-Value/Enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve their desired business outcomes.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end client journey for your accounts—from onboarding and training to renewal and expansion.
• Advocacy: Act as the Voice of the Customer (VoC) internally, collaborating with Product and Sales teams to prioritize features that reduce churn.

🎓 What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 1 year of experience mentoring or leading a team.
• Data Proficiency: You love Excel/Google Sheets. You are comfortable using Pivot Tables and Lookups to crunch numbers and derive insights. (Experience with Tableau/PowerBI is a strong plus).
• Storytelling with Data: You don't just send a spreadsheet; you can look at the numbers and explain why a customer is at risk or where the expansion opportunity lies.
• Communication: Executive-level presence. You can command a room during a QBR and handle difficult conversations with unhappy clients.

Assignment Details

Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking a skilled and experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in developing automation frameworks for Windows and Web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python and Robot Framework, and a solid background in software development, debugging, and unit testing. This role requires the ability to work independently, contribute to the entire testing lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust Test Automation Frameworks for both Windows and Web applications.
• Implement automated test cases using Python and Robot Framework.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand feature requirements and break them down into actionable tasks.
• Use version control and issue tracking tools like TFS/ADO, GitHub, Jira, SVN, etc.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging of automation scripts.
• Clearly document and report test results, defects, and automation progress.
• Maintain and enhance existing test automation suites to support continuous delivery pipelines.

Skills Required

• 5–10 years of professional experience in Test Automation and Software Development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Robot Framework.
• Solid experience with Windows and Web application testing.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as TFS, GitHub, SVN and project tracking tools like Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.

Must-haves

• Strong proficiency in NodeJS and JavaScript.

• Strong proficiency in top NodeJS frameworks like Express.JS (Simply Express), Feathers.JS, StrongLoop, Koa.JS, or Hapi.

• Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases. Ability to develop services with polyglot persistence.

• Basic working knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5 and CSS3.

• A strong presence of mind, excellent language, and communication skills.

• Basics of Networking, TCP/IP Networks, Multi-Vendor Support Experience (Cisco/HPE/Juniper/Checkpoint/ASA/Fortinet etc)

• Experience with Network systems and servers, networking systems integration (hardware, software, network, and database). 

• MUST have working experience on Rest services or Ajax,

• 4-6 years Experience with Angular.
• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.

• Experience in JavaScript build tools like grunt or gulp
• Expert in any one of the modern JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks (Angular, JQuery, NodeJS)
• Familiar with testing frameworks (Ex. Jasmine)

• 2+ years of experience in Java Development with sound knowledge of core Java
