Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced C++ Developer with a strong background in embedded systems to join our dynamic product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recent hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance embedded software applications using modern C++ standards (preferably C++11 or later). Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions using C++11 or above
• Work closely with hardware and embedded teams to implement and integrate real-time systems
• Develop software for embedded platforms and optimize performance for various target environments
• Implement and maintain multithreaded applications and handle concurrency issues efficiently
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Hardware, and Design
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in embedded environments
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in coding and documentation
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in C++ and embedded systems development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong recent exposure to C++
• Hands-on experience with C++11 or newer versions (C++14/17 preferred)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design patterns
• Proficient in embedded system programming and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Experience in multithreaded programming and inter-process communication
• Proficient in debugging tools, performance analysis, and memory management
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on low-level drivers, hardware integration, and peripherals
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Knowledge of tools such as GDB, Valgrind, JTAG debuggers, etc.
• AWS or cloud-based experience is a plus (for remote monitoring/logging or OTA updates)

We are looking for an experienced Sr.Devops Consultant Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters on EKS and EC2 instances
• Implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for microservices
• Optimize AWS costs by identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost-effective solutions
• Implement best security practices for microservices, including vulnerability assessments, SOC2 compliance, and network security
• Monitor the performance and availability of our cloud infrastructure using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for our microservices and databases
• Stay up to date with the latest AWS services and technologies and provide recommendations for improving our cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, and product managers, to ensure the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure
• Experience with large scale system design and scaling services is highly desirable

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in AWS DevOps and infrastructure engineering
• Expertise in Kubernetes management, Docker, EKS, EC2, Queues, Python Threads, Celery Optimization, Load balancers, AWS cost optimizations, Elasticsearch, Container management, and observability best practices
• Experience with SOC2 compliance and vulnerability assessment best practices for microservices
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFront
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, and Go
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
• AWS certification (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.

• Experience with all levels of operation available to the front-end, such as from creating XHRs in vanilla JS to using a custom wrapper around $resource
• Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5
• Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS
• Experience in using build tools like Maven
• Knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for continuous integration environments.

• Work along with various internal, and external stakeholders, on various patent / IP / corporate law / competition law related matters and projects.
• Ensure the interests of the organization are protected by designing, drafting & vetting various internal and external legal policies and systems like vendor services agreement/NDAs/channel partner agreements, terms of services agreement/referral agreements/collaboration agreements/joint marketing agreements/MoUs/consulting agreements / employment agreement, employment exit agreement, and department undertakings & policies.
• Helping various teams understand the rules and principles of law in simple language.
• Identify discrepancies, escalation mechanisms and managing remediation exercises;
• Entering and managing data from standardized or negotiated agreements into internal systems and assisting in the maintenance of databases.

• EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION- Relevant degree or Masters/ Bachelors in Business / Corporate Law / IP Law.
• SOFTWARE & APPLICATIONS- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, G Suite, can adapt to other technologies very quickly.
