● Candidate should have experience in Post-Sale Operations Management, MIS Management & CRM Software handling, Project Documentation & Compliance and Audits on QRC (Query/Request/Complaints) process.

● Candidate should be good in Customer Relationship Management, Banking & Financial Ties, Financial Management.

● Candidate should have Excel Proficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA / Master’s in Marketing preferred.

 5–7 years of FMCG (Food) sales experience — experience in Modern Trade / E- commerce / Quick Commerce / HoReCa is essential.

 Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

 Hands-on experience in Amazon / online retail operations preferred.

 Analytical mindset with sound knowledge of market trends, pricing, and brand visibility strategies.

Key responsibilities:

Automation & Frameworks

• Design, build, and maintain Test Automation frameworks using best practices.
• Continuously enhance test coverage and test efficiency through automation.

AI Awareness (Preferred)

• Familiarity with AI/ML-based testing tools or self-healing test automation frameworks is an added advantage.
• Explore ways to integrate AI-driven quality assurance into existing testing processes.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and architects in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Report test results, risks, and improvement areas in a clear and timely manner.

Product Quality Assurance

• Test multiple products to identify deficiencies, defects, and usability gaps.
• Investigate product quality issues and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with engineering teams.

Release Readiness

• Run full regression test passes before each product release.
• Assist the team in making the go/no-go release decision based on test outcomes.

Required skills: 

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer in a fast-paced, global environment
• Strong knowledge of various testing techniques – UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD) strategies
• Solid understanding of test methodologies (functional, non-functional, BDD)
• Expertise in end-to-end automation tools like Selenium, WebDriver, and Puppeteer for browser automation and UI testing
• Familiarity with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Webpack (a plus)
• Basic coding knowledge in Java, HTML5, CSS3, DB2, XML is a plus
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

To be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting throughout the organization through the development of present and future recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas, and ensuring successful execution of all the hiring requirements of the organization. Should possess excellent reporting skills with Excel.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ownership of Respective Unit recruitment process (Requisition, strategizing & planning recruitment events, monitoring, measuring, controlling, and continuous improvement).
• End-to-end Recruitment cycle (Sourcing/Selection/ on-boarding / Process compliance/ MIS)
• Would Individually be responsible for fulfilling all roles assigned
• Implement creative sourcing strategies for future & current open positions & execute them with minimal direction.
• Define recruitment SLAs, establish metrics, and create MIS.
• Identify effectively utilize the various resource of recruitment to ensure target achievement.
• Plan and strategize recruitment drives.
• Bring in continuous improvements in sourcing, interview & selection process.
• Create and maintain job Descriptions for all positions and establish competency levels.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

• Qualifications: PG in HR (MBA, PGDM, PGP etc) / B.E, BTech
• Experience: 6-10 Years Experience
• Professional skills: Expert knowledge of sources of talent and recruitment, IT skills, technologies & industry. Preferred from Product Engineering / Product Support / Apps domain with bulk-hiring experience
