About the Role

We are seeking creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in visual design, branding, and digital media. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Support in designing graphics, banners, posters, and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Support the preparation of presentations and other visual materials.
• Keep up with design trends and propose new ideas for creative content.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Python/Django expert with 10–12 years of real-world development experience and a strong background in leading engineering teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical initiatives, mentoring team members, ensuring best coding practices, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams. This position demands deep technical proficiency, strong leadership capability, and exceptional communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

· Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Python/Django engineers, offering hands-on technical support and direction.

· Architect, design, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications.

· Manage the complete software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch maintenance.

· Ensure compliance with coding standards, architectural patterns, and established development best practices.

· Collaborate with product teams, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

· Perform detailed code reviews, optimize system performance, and resolve production-level issues.

· Drive engineering improvements such as automation, CI/CD implementation, and modernization of outdated systems.

· Create and maintain technical documentation while providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications Negotiable

· 10–14 years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in Python and Django.

· Solid understanding of key web technologies, including REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

· Hands-on experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).

· Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

· Proficient in Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in designing scalable and high-availability systems.

· Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

· Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring teams and managing technical deliverables.

· Must be available to work on-site in the Hyderabad office; remote work is not allowed.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with microservices, asynchronous frameworks (such as FastAPI or Celery), or event-driven architectures.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Previous background as a technical lead or engineering manager.

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Development:
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Build integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and on-premise or third-party applications.
• Create and maintain REST/SOAP-based web services and API calls for integration solutions.
• Implement process automation using OIC’s Process Automation capabilities.
• Monitor and manage integration flows to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Expertise:
• Develop custom applications and solutions on Oracle PaaS (Java Cloud Service, Application Container Cloud, etc.).
• Deploy, manage, and support PaaS solutions for extending Oracle SaaS applications.
• Maintain cloud environments and ensure seamless integrations between PaaS solutions and Oracle applications.
• System Integration:
• Work with ERP systems like Oracle Fusion, EBS, and other third-party systems to build integrated solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to data flow, connectivity, and performance.
• Develop mappings, orchestration flows, and B2B/EDI integrations using the Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide input into solution architecture and development strategies aligned with business needs.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and team collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud and PaaS advancements, features, and best practices.
• Optimize integration processes to improve overall system efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimize OIC flows for seamless data exchange between systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and PaaS.
• Proven experience in developing and managing complex integrations between cloud and on-premise systems.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion, HCM, ERP, etc.) and their integration requirements.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle PaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful/SOAP web services, API development, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Visual Builder, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of cloud integration patterns, process orchestration, and B2B integrations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Autonomous Databases and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities across functional and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud certifications in OIC, SOA, or PaaS.

Full Stack Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the frontend elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of frontend technologies is necessary as well.
