Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about available car models, features, and pricing.

• Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to the final sale. Present and demonstrate vehicles, provide test drives, and explain financing and leasing options.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the car dealership's inventory, including specifications, features, and pricing, to assist customers effectively.

• Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving any concerns, and maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times.

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by the dealership management.

• Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, including sales contracts, financing applications, and vehicle registration.

• Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing customers to nurture leads, answer questions, and facilitate follow-up visits.

• Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, new car models, and competitor offerings to provide customers with up-to-date information.

• 1-3 years of experience in car sales or a related field.

As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with engineers and product managers on the development and maintenance of Quantum’s DXi-Series of disk-based backup appliance software. Quantum’s DXi series protects our customers data on premises, in the cloud, or in a hybrid environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Write code primarily for Linux systems, with programming languages including Python, C, C++, and Perl.

• Design and build differentiating feature sets that continue to expand product capabilities, both on premises and in the cloud.

• Work with development, test, service, and support engineers to develop tactical solutions for customer issues.

• May design and develop automated test suites.

Required Skills and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study required.

• 5-10 years related industry experience required.

• 5+ years software development in C or C++ is required.

• 3-5 years’ experience working in a Linux environment is required.

• Experience in writing scripts: Perl, shell, bash, and/or other scripting tools is required.

• Experience with debugging tools such as GDB is required.

• Experience with source control and shared build environments is required.

• 8 - 11 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years on GUI development
• Experience on Java, HTML, CSS and Java script
• Experience with write SQL or equivalent queries on relational or NoSQL databases e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB, Cassandra

You will work closely with customers to build data and analytics solutions to support their business needs, and be the engine that powers the partnership that we build with them by delivering high-fidelity data assets.

In this role, you will work closely with our Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to build the solution architecture that will support customer objectives. What You Need:

• 4+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role, a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience working with relational databases like Snowflake, Redshift, or Postgres.
• Intermediate to advanced level SQL programming skills.
• Data Analytics and Visualization (using tools like PowerBI)
• The ability to engage with both the business and technical teams of a client - to document and explain technical problems or concepts in a clear and concise way.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Easily adapt and learn new things whether it’s a new library, framework, process, or visual design concept.
