IT Person – Job Requirements (Restaurant Industry)

1. Technical Skills

POS system setup, troubleshooting, and daily support

Knowledge of billing printers, KOT printers, LAN/WiFi setup

Basic networking (router, switch, IP configuration)

CCTV installation & monitoring

System formatting, software installation, antivirus

Knowledge of cloud backup, email setup (Outlook/Gmail)

Handling biometric attendance machines

Experience with ERP/FnB software (if any)

Basic hardware repairing (CPU, cables, RAM, HDD issues)

2. Restaurant-Specific Skills

Understanding of POS menus, modifiers, kitchen display systems

Printer paper roll change, printer alignment, POS connectivity

Troubleshooting online order integrations (Zomato/Swiggy/Dunzo)

Wi-Fi network stability for restaurant operations

Support during audit days, billing issues, shift closing reports

3. Soft Skills

Quick problem-solving

Good communication

Ability to visit outlets when needed

Ready to work on weekends if urgent issues

Responsible and reliable

4. Experience

1–3 years experience in IT support

Restaurant or retail industry experience preferred

5. Education

Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science

Or relevant certification (CCNA, hardware networking, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance

1-3 years of accounting experience (internship experience can be considered for freshers)

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Manages software development projects

Plans timeline, budget, and tasks

Coordinates with developers, designers, and clients

Skills Required:

• 4+ years' experience in application development in the following
• Mandatory:        C# ASP.NET, MVC, REST API, T SQL, oops, Client facing skills
• Preferred:         ASP.Net Core, JavaScript or Angular, Azure, VB.NET, WWF, Microservices

Job Description:

• Mandatory:        Extensive hands-on experience in developing web applications using C# ASP.NET and MVC
• Mandatory:       TSQL ability to develop and analyze existing complex flows within Stored Procedures
• Mandatory:        Utilizing REST APIs for development of background processes with an emphasis on security (OIDC/OAUTH) and performance
• Mandatory:        Extensive understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming.

• Should be able to set up the inbound, outbound process globally 
• To be responsible for setting up SMB sales engine for global markets 
• Expert in defining GTM initiatives and rolling this out with proper tracking 
• Collaborate with other functions in order to develop sales strategy for enhancing the company's growth

• Overall experience of 8-10 years out of which atleast experience of 3 to 4 years in setting up the process for a SaaS company in India selling to global markets 
• Working out of the Bangalore office and mostly in USA time zone
• Hands on experience to pick initiatives and work himself and then train team on calling pitch, email formats, campaigns creation and handling inbound engine.
• Is deeply analytical, comfortable navigating data and working in ambiguity.
• Exemplary communication and relationship building skills at all levels from senior executives to Individual Contributors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or more than 2 years of experience in business intelligence projects
• Experience in programming with Oracle tools and in writing SQL Server/Oracle/SQL Stored Procedures and functions.
• Experience in a BI environment.
• Broad understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications and database structure of the HCM application module.
• Exposure to Oracle BI, Automation, JIRA and ETL will be added advantage.
