We help psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, clinics, and institutions improve patient engagement between sessions while reducing administrative workload through digital tools, AI-assisted workflows, and clinician-first technology.

We're looking for a Founding Sales Partner who wants to build something meaningful—not just sell a product.

Responsibilities

Meet psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, clinics, and institutions across Mumbai.

Build strong relationships with clinicians and understand their workflows.

Demonstrate Nurixa and communicate its value effectively.

Convert qualified leads into active clinicians.

Collaborate directly with the founders to improve our sales strategy.

Gather customer feedback and help shape the product.

Who We're Looking For

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Mumbai-based (preferred).

Previous B2B sales experience is a plus, but mindset and execution matter more than years of experience.

Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) – Sales

Location: Delhi NCR (Travel Required) Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: MBA preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development activities across Delhi NCR.

• Generate leads, manage client acquisition, and convert opportunities into business.

• Take complete accountability for end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, closures, and payment recovery.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings and business development activities. Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.

• Should take ownership and responsibility for sales targets and collections/recovery.

• MBA preferred.

• Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented candidate.

5 8 years of hands-on working experience in managing BAU operations with at least 2 full lifecycle projects on end-to-end Coupa implementation 2 3 years of hands-on working experience on at least 1 full lifecycle projects on end-to end Coupa Risk Assess CRA implementationsupport Leading a team that provides day-to-day functional and technical support for Coupa and CRA users resolving incidents and service requests Administer and maintain Coupa configurations including approval workflows user roles and permissions Configure Coupa to meet specific business needs and when necessary oversee the development of custom requirements change requests Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs ensuring successful data synchronization for POs invoices suppliers and payments Collaborate with IT ERP and middleware teams to resolve integration or data flow issues between Coupa and SAP Manage and support Coupa P2P operations requisitions purchase orders receipts invoices supplier enablement and catalogs Coordinate with Coupa Support for escalation and resolution of platform issues Create and maintain support documentation process flows and configuration logs Participate in system upgrades new feature deployment and regression testing Identify recurring issues and recommend process or configuration improvements

We are looking for someone with good communication skills and okay with sales and operations. As of now, this will be 70% sales and 30% operations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients (walk-ins/trials)

2. Working on achieving the target by driving conversions

3. Working on upselling

4. Maintaining a record of every interaction with new users

5. Working on entering all the details of customers and walk-ins in internal tools

6. Managing the center experience and incremental enhancements

7. Handling the timely opening and closing of the center

8. Working on inventory management

1. Role name: Associate Center Manager

2. CTC: 3 LPA fixed

3. Number of working days: 6

4. Week off: 1 (rotational)

5. Shift timings: split shift (5:30 am to 10 am, break, 5 pm to 10 pm)
