Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress based on metrics.
2. Monitor internal HR systems and databases
3. Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
following up on work results
4. On-boarding (verifications & documentation, induction, training etc)
5. Generalist Activities (Employee engagement/relationship, payroll, PF’s,
events, CSR etc)
6. Miscellaneous Activities (Preparing various reports, Analysing Jobs/Hires -
quarterly/half yearly/annually sometimes daily)
7. Handel 4-5 clients at a time.
8. Visit one day in a week/month to the client’s place.
9. Should be okay with coordinating and scheduling for Tech Hirings.

Key Responsibilities
