Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Java/Kotlin.
- Demonstrable understanding of Design Patterns.
- Experience in Context & Dependency Injection or Spring framework, Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience in RESTful/SOAP web services in integrating with 3rd Party API Integrations.
- Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in multi-threading and concurrency is a plus Experience in JMS messaging using Apache Zookeeper and Kafka is a plus.
- Experience in Angular is a plus. Knowledge of modern CI/CD environments: Git, Gradle, GitLab Familiarity with tools like Postman, SOAPUI, IntelliJ
- Willing to learn our tech-stack (Kotlin | CDI | Angular).
- Develop API integrations using RESTful/SOAP web services.
- Significant technical academic course work or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge on cloud infrastructure is a plus.

Job Summary:
- This is a customer centric role which involves understanding the product, answering customer queries, troubleshooting customer problems, provide product usage trainings, and improve the overall product support process
- This role demands hands-on knowledge on software development, and databases
- You will liaise between customers and product managers and help in converting the software problems into product requirements and fixes
- You will collaborate with internal teams for the design and development of key modules
- You will interact with customers to provide technical support and guidance for users
- Troubleshoot and debug problems and create SPRs and CRs
- You will collaborate with other engineers, product managers and testing team to deliver fixes in a timely manner
Eligibility:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 4+ years of experience in helpdesk or L1 support
- Strong in SQL with 2+ years of hands-on experience in SQL and RDBMS. Any experience in NoSQL databases is a plus.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for developing technical documentation detailing product features
· Responsible for creating product manuals, detailed how-to guides and FAQs
· Responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation for both external usage and internal guidance across various teams.
· Responsible for setting up new processes and improve existing technical documentation process
· Responsible for converting product support questions into how to guides
· You would be working closely with product managers, product support and engineering teams to gather insights to document
Eligibility:
- 2-6 years of experience as a Technical Writer and in product documentation.
- Familiarity with third-party API integration analysis.
- Excellent logical, analytical and communication skills to interact with the Development team.
Requirements
· 2-6 years of experience as a Technical writer in SAAS products
· Engineering background in IT or Computer Science
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Familiarity with APIs, databases, and SQL
· Hands on experience with documentation and automation tools
· Hands on experience with version control tools
· Ability to grasp complex technical concept and make them easily understandable through documentation while paying attention to detail
· Prior work experience in E-Commerce domain is a plus
