unHR was incepted by the idea to help founders provide scalable and affordable solutions in HR. Our Expertise is to provide HR processes and frameworks and help founders with strategic HR advisory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress based on metrics.
2. Monitor internal HR systems and databases
3. Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
following up on work results
4. On-boarding (verifications & documentation, induction, training etc)
5. Generalist Activities (Employee engagement/relationship, payroll, PF’s,
events, CSR etc)
6. Miscellaneous Activities (Preparing various reports, Analysing Jobs/Hires -
quarterly/half yearly/annually sometimes daily)
7. Handel 4-5 clients at a time.
8. Visit one day in a week/month to the client’s place.
9. Should be okay with coordinating and scheduling for Tech Hirings.
Requirements:
1. 2-4 Years of experience in Operations.
2. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
3. Team management skills.
4. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
5. Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
