We were born in Feb 2022 and kicked off with 2 retainers, fortunately we saw a 45% month on month growth touching 15 retainers now.
One of the biggest achievements for unHR is that we were able to qualify for the 1st round in shark tank india season 2 in the month of June 2022.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress based on metrics.
2. Monitor internal HR systems and databases
3. Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
following up on work results
4. On-boarding (verifications & documentation, induction, training etc)
5. Generalist Activities (Employee engagement/relationship, payroll, PF’s,
events, CSR etc)
6. Miscellaneous Activities (Preparing various reports, Analysing Jobs/Hires -
quarterly/half yearly/annually sometimes daily)
7. Handel 4-5 clients at a time.
8. Visit one day in a week/month to the client’s place.
9. Should be okay with coordinating and scheduling for Tech Hirings.

1. 2-4 Years of experience in Operations.
2. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
3. Team management skills.
4. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
5. Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
