Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and own large-scale, distributed backend and platform systems.
• Drive architectural decisions for high-throughput, low-latency services with strong scalability and reliability guarantees.
• Build and evolve core components of a real-time Customer Data Platform, especially around data ingestion, streaming, and processing.
• Evaluate and adopt open-source and emerging platform technologies; build prototypes where needed.
• Own critical subsystems end-to-end, ensuring performance, maintainability, and operational excellence.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold high standards through code and design reviews.
• Effectively use modern AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining engineering rigor.
• 4–6 years of strong backend/platform engineering experience with solid fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and optimizations.
• Proven experience designing and operating production-grade distributed systems.
• B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.S / MCA in Computer Science or equivalent from premier institutes.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Strong system and object-oriented design skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong working knowledge of Kafka and streaming systems.
• Proficiency in Java, concurrency, and unit/integration testing.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability).

AI-Assisted Engineering:

• Hands-on experience using modern AI coding platforms such as Opencode, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar.
• Ability to use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and design exploration responsibly.

Soft Skills & Nice to Have:

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative 2D/3D Designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and 3ds Max for interior and construction design projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions across residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and 3ds Max for interior and construction projects.
• Develop floor plans, layouts, elevations, and realistic 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand design requirements.
• Modify and revise designs based on feedback and project changes.
• Assist in site measurements, layout planning, and material selection.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and 3ds Max.
• Knowledge of construction detailing and interior space planning.
• Strong creative, visualization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, or V-Ray is a plus.
• Understanding of materials, lighting, and textures in 3D rendering.

Ideally, you know how to write unit tests and maybe even better write them in TDD. You have knowledge in agile methodologies such as Scrum. You know about GIT and the use of continuous integration tools. You have developed single page JS applications end to end.

Candidate should have a bachelor or Master technical degree or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge in software engineering. Proactive Self Starter, creative thinker in designing, developing and supporting applications. Skills & Certifications 

• Experience supporting enterprise systems with a background in a large global, highly complex environment 
• Should have very good knowledge and experience of complete Record to Report (R2R) cycle 
• One year experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion (implementation or support) required 
• Must have expertise in Oracle Fusion/Cloud Financials/Oracle R12 modules such as 

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Procurement 

• Strong experience in ACH processing and Smart View/FRS/OTBI 
• Experience with integrating external applications to Fusion Cloud 
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose issues with complex applications and processes.

UI Architect / Developer

1.       A must have skills is Angular. NodeJs preferred but can be replaced with anything on server side scripting.  

a.       70% work for this role in angular based. At architect role without server side scripting understanding doesn’t a right fit. 

b.       Someone who can take sound decision for overall interaction with backend.  

c.        There are components written in node (Control Manager and aith server) which we have intentions to align with UI architect.  

d.       Given Node is technology primary in java script (same as angular), generally we are seeing people who have earlier exposure or are confident to pick it with little learning. But we would not penalize anyone who is week in node, but champ in angular for this role. 

2.       Design , develop and maintain client facing web applications. 

3.       Cooperating with backend developers in the process of building REST APIs. 

4.       Should demonstrate deep understanding of the following: 

·         Design - HTML/CSS  

·         Frontend languages - Experience with Javascript  and related frameworks - Angular(7/8/9), Angular Material, Bootstrap(or similar CSS frameworks), Node JS (preferred but not mandatory). 

·         Test frameworks - Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, Karma
