What will you do every day?

Our Implementation & Professional Services team plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients derive maximum value from our solutions. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a delivery-focused team that bridges technology, client success, and execution excellence. You will ensure seamless solution implementation, timely project delivery, and a high-quality client experience.

• Manage and lead a team of solution engineers, developers, and QA professionals working on client implementations and custom delivery projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and client-facing teams to ensure smooth execution of implementation roadmaps.
• Translate client requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions while ensuring alignment with Haptik’s platform architecture.
• Own sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery commitments across multiple concurrent client projects.
• Establish and enforce delivery best practices across coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Act as the escalation point for technical challenges during delivery, unblocking teams and ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Drive continuous improvements in tools, processes, and automation to accelerate implementations.
• Coach and mentor engineers to develop their skills while keeping them aligned to client-centric delivery goals.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Solutions, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering) to ensure successful hand-offs and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Support recruitment and team scaling as we grow our services and delivery footprint.

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate? 

• Strong technical foundation with the ability to guide teams on architecture, integrations, and scalable solution design.
• Demonstrated experience managing agile delivery teams that have implemented enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Experience in Professional Services, Client Implementations, or Delivery Engineering is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to balance customer requirements, delivery commitments, and engineering best practices.
• Strong exposure to technologies relevant to distributed systems: programming languages (Python preferred), APIs, cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD, containerization, queues, caches, Elasticsearch/SOLR, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable working with both internal teams and enterprise customers.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire teams to deliver on ambitious goals while ensuring a culture of ownership and accountability.
• 5–8 years of professional experience, including 2–4 years in leading delivery or implementation-focused engineering teams.

Requirements*:

• B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is required.
• Overall 5-8 years of professional experience. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing and leading agile teams delivering tech products.
• Deep understanding of best practices in development and testing processes.
• Good exposure to various technical and architectural concepts of building distributed systems - not limited to but including at least one programming language/framework, version control, CI/CD, queues, caches, SOLR/Elasticsearch, databases, containerization, cloud platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Prior experience of working with Python Programming language.
• Background of being part of a high-paced development team having delivered client-facing products with hands-on involvement.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot development, integrations, and dashboard creation while working with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM functionality.

Key Responsibilities:●    Develop, customize, and optimize HubSpot CRM to meet business needs.

●    Integrate HubSpot with other technologies and external business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau.

●    Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams.

●    Work with backend technologies (PHP, Python, Node.js, etc.) to implement integrations and automation.

●    Must have experience in handling end-to-end projects from scratch.

●    Exposure to multiple industries/domains is preferred (not limited to a single company for 5-10 years).

Skills :-

• Should have strong experience in Automation testing, developing and executing test cases.
• Should have strong experience in Selenium with Java
• Should have a good amount of experience working with Web Application and Mobile Application testing
• Hands-on experience on Functional, Regression, System and UAT Testing.
• Experienced with few of the Automation Testing tools : Selenium, Java, TestNG, SOAP UI/Rest API and Appium.
• Exposure to Agile Scrum, Jira or Confluence.
• Should be familiar with the Linux environment.
• Should have good written and verbal Communication Skills

Role- Sr. Engineer Networking-(Post Sales- Implementation Team)

The purpose of the role is to implement and manage different Networking Project implementation for  22by7 customers. Preparing Plan of Action (PoA), Scope of Work (SoW), and implementation documents and submitting to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Implementation as per SoW

Interact with client Project Manager and managing the implementation activities for the client

Troubleshooting L1/L2/L3 tickets and submitting the RCA.

      Responsible for documentation and reporting

Presenting the appropriate solutions at customer meetings.

Keeping well informed of general technical developments, company products and services.

Maintaining accurate, up to date reporting using the company systems and providing reporting where required.

Ensuring that product, technical and market knowledge is kept up to date by reading literature, networking, attending training courses, collaborate with other colleagues and sharing unique knowledge with the rest of the company. 

Maintaining a positive and healthy attitude that contributes directly to the working environment of the sales team and the Company.

Perform all other role-related tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements: 

3 to 5 years of  experience, out of which recent 3 years minimum on handson implementation of Aruba switches and wi-fi solutions

Mandatory Hands on experience on technologies (Routing, Switching, Wi fi)

Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP).. IP addressing & sub netting, Routing Concepts (OSPF, BGP), VLSM/CIDR

In-depth knowledge of L2 technology and protocols like VLANs, VLAN Tagging (IEEE 802.1q), LACP, VLAN trunking, STP (IEEE 802.1D and other 802.1 implementations.).

Good working knowledge of Application layer protocols and functions such as FTP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP, Radius, User Authentication Mechanisms, SMTP etc.

Implementation scenarios, configuration and troubleshooting of network related issues.

Key Skills:

Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi (Primary Skill- Aruba Switches, Aruba Central, Aruba IAP, Mobility Controller, Mobility Master, Aruba Airwave, Aruba CPPM etc)

Secondary Product suite- Cisco or Ruckus

It will be added advantage if the candidate has a combination of skills in Aruba and network security like Palo Alto etc.
