About the Role:

The ideal candidate would be working on the servers which impact various SaaS AI/ML products and

1000+ models in AI/ML. As a DBA administrator the server support would be provided for various

industry verticals like Finance, Telecom, Travel & Transportation, Healthcare, Government etc. This role

would give an opportunity working on multiple and complex databases for fortune 500 customers which

have impact on their data related to AI/ML products/models of the company.

· Familiar with the daily backup and restore operations of MySQL, and know about the HA

· Familiar with Linux operating system, be able to write daily scripts with Shell/Python.

· Experience about NoSQL databases is preferred, such as MongoDB, Redis.

· Oracle DBA or SQL Server DBA working experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the daily maintenance and troubleshooting for all Databases, such as MySQL

and postgreSQL, make sure all database system running safely and stably.

· Establish MySQL daily backup and recovery policies, and data security policies.

As a Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as NAV) solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and understand their processes, workflows, and pain points.
• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Provide technical expertise in customizing and extending the functionality of Business Central through extensions, integrations, and other development tools.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation phases to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
• Assist in data migration and data integration activities, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to Business Central.

• Strong knowledge of Business Central functionality, including financials, supply chain management, manufacturing, and project management modules.
• Proficiency in developing extensions using AL language, C/SIDE, and C/AL programming.
• Experience with data migration and integration tools, such as RapidStart, SQL Server, or Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Azure, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies related to Business Central is a plus.

The TAM manages an assigned client base, both engaged and prospective, by acting as a technical and consultative resource that coordinates with other departments within CADeploy to facilitate client needs.  The TAM ensures the highest level of client satisfaction through identification of specific requirements, transcribing these into clear communication and follow-through on commitments.    The general purpose is to maintain healthy relationships and project performance through continual pulse monitoring with the client.  This will include checks on service delivery performance, recognition of special requirements, flagging of risk perceptions, etc.  The objective is to build and maintain a strong working affiliation for continuity of account while guiding the technical and managerial execution for efficiency and effectiveness.  This role is essential to the growth plan of CADeploy as a foundation to its brand recognition for quality performance.

The TAM will be expected to generally execute on the following across an assigned client base:

• Serve as an important point of contact for key clients as well as all internal stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships through top level customer service.
• Know and document client requirements and concerns, understand the details of their business processes and ensure that CADeploy will appropriately meet their evolving needs.
• Provide excellent, regular client communications and responsive, consistent follow-through on all issues and actions.
• Coordinate and assist with the roll-out of CADeploy’s services offering to new clients as required.
• Drive strategic planning and development of improvements and work.
• Handle client requests and assist in the development of quotations/proposals ensuring that CADeploy’s standards are enforced uniformly.
• Facilitate internal project hand-offs to verify that the work performed is complete and meets the client’s, as well as, CADeploy’s standards.
