Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing executive to join our marketing/Sales department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
As a marketing executive, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
It will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
● Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing research
● Perform market analysis and research on the competition
● Call the client and check the requirements
● Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
● Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
● Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
● Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
● Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
● Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
● Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
● Provides historical records by maintaining records on customer sales.
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
● Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Main responsibilities:
● Manage the art production of incredibly compelling, high-quality smartphone games.
● Plan and oversee the 2D, 3D, UI, and Technical Art planning using project planning tools like
Google or MS Excel sheet.
● Follow the delivery plan and coordinate with art, art leads, design, product, and engineering
for deliveries.
● Initiate and track all production processes through art stand up meetings, scrum, or similar
approach.
● Ensure timely delivery of art milestones while safeguarding the quality of artwork in
accordance with the pre-defined art production schedule.
● Work with art leads and art directors to evaluate and sign-up new outsourcing art and sound
vendors.
