Java + Angular Developer

As a Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of our React web application and Node.js backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions.
• Architect and build efficient and reusable code for future use.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, incorporating them into our development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (8-10 years) as a React Web and Node.js Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and its modern frameworks/libraries.
• Extensive knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, with expertise in React and Node.js.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
• Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide a team effectively.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be a .Net, Angular resource with experience in integerating and working in a Microsoft full stack environment
• Candidate shall be primarly responsible for the development of Angular UI, ReactJs and C# Web API Based Microservice.
• Candidate must have strong hands on expertise in C#, databases, database interface layers
• The candidate must have strong communication skills, should be able to work across both Business Users and IT teams across regions and as needed lead IT team deliverables
• Working understanding of Agile development methodologies & understanding of DevOps Integration
• Work in an Agile Squad as a .Net + Angular developer
• Actively contribute and participate in sprint grooming and planning discussions, daily stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies

Area of professional exposure (functional/technical skills) :

· Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Services (Data Flow/Cloud Run/Big Query/Cloud SQL Server/GCS etc.)

· Experience in deploying to GCP environments (Cloud Run/CaaS/OpenShift/Containerization)

· Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools and pipelines – Tekton, Terraform and Jenkins

· Experience with Java/J2EE frameworks, Web development and REST APIs/microservices development (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)

· Good exposure to GCP application developments.

· Hands-on experience with Angular (front-end development)

· Experience in using build tools like Gradle, Maven and Ant etc.

· Experience with GitHub or equivalent source control repositories

· Experience in developing data processing tasks using Spark/PySpark

· Good working knowledge of relational databases like MS SQL, Oracle etc.

Job Specification: (Education, training and experience)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics,
or related field
• 2-4 years of experience with MVC, Entity Framework, JSON and responsive design
using Bootstrap
• 2-4 years of experience with Transact SQL with working knowledge of SQL Server
development
• 2+ years of experience with REST Services
• Develop mobile application using Xamarin, and Xamarin Forms
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or other similar technologies
Experience with Azure PaaS is a plus

• 2-4 years overall IT/Software development experience

• Previous working experience as a MERN/MEAN  Stack Developer for 1 year (Minimum).
• In depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify
• Experience implementing applications using Angular 2+ versions or React
• Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular/React, LESS/SASS
• Hands on experience with JavaScript
• Development on both client and server-side
• Experience on Angular 2+  and React Js will be an plus point
• Experience on both MEAN/MERN Technologies will be an advantage.

• Design and code feature in the front-end and back-end as per the specifications provided by the Product and Design teams.
• Ship features in fast-moving agile sprints.
• Work closely with Product Design and Product Management teams to brainstorm and chalk out details of features.
• Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion

Skills Must have:

• Good understanding of Javascript and Clean architecture.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, callback, and closures
• Experience in developing applications that use queues like SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc
• Experience with AWS services like S3, EC2, etc
• Strong experience with Javascript frontend framework/libraries like ReactJS
• Good knowledge of CSS and its preprocessors like SASS/LESS
• Good understanding of server-side templates.
• Experience with creating cross-browser compatible web apps
• Should be Strong in MySql / Postgres database
