Sales Executive

We’re looking for an experienced SQL Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SQL queries, procedures, and data systems that support our business operations and decision-making processes. You should be passionate about data, highly analytical, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.

Optimize existing queries for performance and efficiency.

Collaborate with data analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust SQL solutions.

Design and implement ETL processes to move and transform data between systems.

Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and quality checks.

Maintain and improve existing databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.

Document code, processes, and data models to support scalability and maintainability.

Monitor database performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Work with BI tools and support dashboard/report development as needed.

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience as an SQL Developer or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database systems (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).

Experience with performance tuning and optimization.

Proficiency in writing complex queries and working with large datasets.

Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline creation.

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and BI reporting.

Solid understanding of database security, backup, and recovery.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud-based databases (AWS RDS, Google BigQuery, Azure SQL).

Knowledge of Python, Power BI, or other scripting/analytics tools.

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

About the job

o  Candidate will be in leading role to thoroughly understand client requirements and expedite functional and technical design for the overall planning solution; lead team of experienced and novice to deliver solutions meeting client expectations.

As a Java Sr developer you will design and develop technology-based business solutions that caters to current and future Product requirements.

Must have:
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in designing & developing and architecting systems/software for large business environments (Java, J2EE).
• Strong design and coding skills in Enterprise Java, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, REST web services, JMS (ActiveMQ), XML, JSON.
• Must have good experience in Unix/Oracle/SQL.
• Experience in any communication framework (MQ) is an added advantage.
• Experience in Agile Development, Scrum, and Iterative approaches
• Participate in requirement gathering JAD sessions and support documentation
• Work with Product Management to resolve or raise queries and get query resolution on areas which are unclear, ambiguous and which need more information
• Develop high quality code as per standards, tiered coding, business layer coding, interface development and service development as needed

Essential Duties:

• Work directly with clients to provide rapid and accurate analysis of production issues (including solution tracking).
• Answer customer questions, file bugs, and reproduce, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Own and drive customer issues from start to finish.
• Become an expert on a given product domain from both a business and technical standpoint.
• Handle urgent escalation issues, ensuring we accurately prioritize based on severity and customer impact.

Minimum Requirements:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related. We will also consider other significant technical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of application support experience. 
• Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL skills required.
• Order-To-Cash (O2C) or Procure-To-Pay (P2P) cycle experience in Oracle EBS (Financials). Other ERPs can also be considered. 
• Excellent spoken and written English. All customer communications are in English.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to adjust to the technical level of the audience and explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
