The Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of our core AI-powered analytics platform. In this role, you will sit at the unique intersection of Oncology, Data Science, and Financial Innovation. You will be responsible for leading the integration of diverse, granular clinical data—including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and RWE—into a scalable product suite that improves patient outcomes and affordability.

Your challenge will be to translate complex machine learning models into actionable, intuitive tools that clinicians and pharmaceutical partners can use to solve the world’s toughest healthcare challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the roadmap for our AI analytics engine, ensuring alignment with our mission to expand access to precision medicine in emerging and established markets.
• Data Integration & Scaling: Lead the ingestion and harmonization of large-scale, heterogeneous datasets (EHR, genomic, and longitudinal patient records) to build a robust foundation for real-world insights.
• ML Translation: Work closely with our Data Science team to turn predictive models (e.g., survival analysis, treatment response) into user-facing products that drive clinical and commercial decision-making.
• Patient Access Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and scale "Value-Based" products, such as outcome-based drug warranties and bridge financing solutions for high-cost therapies like Immunotherapy and CAR-T.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams (Engineering/DS) and external stakeholders (Pharma companies, Oncology clinics, and Payer networks) to ensure product-market fit.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all products adhere to global healthcare regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) and maintain the highest levels of data privacy and ethical standards.
• Go-to-Market: Define key success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on real-world feedback from healthcare providers and life science partners.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years specifically focused on healthcare data products, RWE, or clinical informatics.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Oncology landscape and the nuances of EHR data, clinical trial recruitment, and the pharmaceutical drug development lifecycle.
• Technical Literacy: Proven ability to work with Data Scientists and Engineers. You should be comfortable discussing SQL, Python-based ML workflows, and cloud data architecture (Azure/AWS).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare compliance, data privacy laws, and the evolving regulatory landscape for AI in medicine.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong competency in quantitative analysis; experience using data to tell a story and justify product decisions.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A "Do GREAT" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you are often defining the path forward.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building financial technology products within a healthcare context (e.g., lending, insurance, or EMI-based healthcare financing).
• Familiarity with the OMOP Common Data Model or HL7 FHIR standards.
• Previous experience working with data from emerging markets or underrepresented patient populations.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or MS) in a quantitative or healthcare-related field.

Candidates must have an educational background in Computer Science or a related computer field.

A Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree holders (BE/B.Tech) are eligible only if their specialization is in Computer Science or a directly related field.

CDAC candidates will be considered only if their prior academic background is in Computer Science or a relevant computer discipline. Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Android application development.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Kotlin and Java for Android development.

Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and core Android frameworks.

Experience with MVVM architecture and best practices for modular, maintainable code.

Familiarity with modern libraries: Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Flow,Navigation, Room, etc.), Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt for dependency injection.

Good grasp of threading, background tasks (Coroutines/WorkManager), and app lifecycle management.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and efficient network communication.

Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

We’re excited if you have:

• Recent experience designing and building unified observability platforms that enable companies to use the sometimes-overwhelming amount of available data (metrics, logs, and traces) to determine quickly if their application or service is operating as desired
• Expertise in deploying and using open-source observability tools in large-scale environments, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK (ElasticSearch + Logstash + Kibana), Jaeger, Kiali, and/or Loki
• Familiarity with open standards like OpenTelemetry, OpenTracing, and OpenMetrics
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Istio as the architecture on which the observability platform runs, and how they integrate and scale. Additionally, the ability to contribute improvements back to the joint platform for the benefit of all teams
• Demonstrated customer engagement and collaboration skills to curate custom dashboards and views, and identify and deploy new tools, to meet their requirements
• The drive and self-motivation to understand the intricate details of a complex infrastructure environment 
• Using CICD tools to automatically perform canary analysis and roll out changes after passing automated gates (think Argo & keptn)
• Hands-on experience working with AWS 
• Bonus points for knowledge of ETL pipelines and Big data architecture
• Great problem-solving skills & takes pride in your work
• Enjoys building scalable and resilient systems, with a focus on systems that are robust by design and suitably monitored
• Abstracting all of the above into as simple of an interface as possible (like Knative) so developers don't need to know about it unless they choose to open the escape hatch

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and build automation around the chosen tools to make onboarding new services easy for developers (dashboards, alerts, traces, etc)
• Demonstrate great communication skills in working with technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute new open-source tools and/or improvements to existing open-source tools back to the CNCF ecosystem

§ Experience of developing web based enterprise wide applications in .NET4.5 (C#, ASP.NET), WCF, WPF, AJAX etc

• The QA Analyst will be expected to complete manual testing on both iOS and Android devices, be able to enter findings into Jira, and follow up on defects discovered
• PRD Reviews, Test Case coverage and Execution, able to handle End to End Application testing and release process.
• API testing experience and Basic SQL knowledge
• ADB commands, Android Studio, Xcode, Understanding Logs, SDK’s.
