Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in B2B sales within e-commerce, digital marketing, or software development domains. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strategic partnerships, closing high-value deals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and converting high-potential B2B leads.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across the e-commerce, digital marketing, or software development verticals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market presence.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, delivery) to tailor solutions based on client requirements.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
• Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales in e-commerce, digital marketing, or software services domains.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, software products, and online marketing solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in closing large B2B deals and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Attributes:

• Strong network and knowledge of the Coimbatore business ecosystem.
• Experience in selling to CXO-level stakeholders or enterprise clients.
• Ability to manage a team or mentor junior business development executives (if in a managerial capacity).

The primary role of Service Desk Analyst is providing first level support through calls/web/chat/Email and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests using the incident management and Service request fulfilment processes in line with Service Desk objectives.

Project/Process:

• Responsible for service Request fulfillment, Incident Mgmt (First level resolution) for the End User queries via Avaya call, web tool and mailing/chat system within the agreed service level and defined guidelines.
• Acts as Incident Analyst/Service Request Analyst and responsible for the Day-to-day operation of the Incident Management/Service Request management process.
• Record all End user transactions in Remedy ticketing tool.
• Responsible for handling tickets and capturing quality information by following ticket handling process as defined in Runbook
• Responsible for maintaining SLA/KPI‘s for self.
• Responsible for providing quality deliverables and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Escalate issues to Leads (if unable to resolve, solutions not in database, new issues, unhappy End User, complaint, Demanding End User)
• Contribution to knowledge management by updating/creating the knowledge articles
• Adherence to security and compliance requirements
• Adherence to communication etiquettes
• Quality – Should adhere to the basic guidelines laid down for the ticket/voice quality feedbacks provided by Leads/DAT POCs

Job Title: SEO Executive

Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Monitor website analytics to assess performance.

Collaborate with content teams for SEO-friendly content.

Stay updated on search engine algorithms and trends.

Skills:

Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3 years of experience in SEO roles.

·        Good experience & strong knowledge in Python programming with Object Oriented Programming methodologies

·        Good experience & knowledge in web/mobile application UI automation & related tools/packages (like selenium/appium)

·        Good exposure to different testing methodologies & QA exposure and any standard test framework (like pytest, unittest etc)

·        Very good in analytical & logical thinking on different perspectives. Ability to handle challenges & resolve blockers independently

·        Self-driven, Accountability and ownership of problems to achieve team goals & ability to contribute independently 

·        Good team player & proactive in giving new ideas/suggestions/solutions & constructive analysis of team member’s ideas 

·        Hands on experience with different tools - Testing tool, Version Control systems (Git), Test Management Software, Bug Tracking software and CI tools (Jenkins etc.)

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who will join our team building and rolling out our SaaS platform in the cloud AI/Ops space.

Responsibilities

1. Understand user level requirements, write up the test strategy, derive test plan and test cases in detail.
2. System and integration testing with automation of test cases using Python or Java.
3. Use test frameworks such as Robot Framework.
4. Use traffic generator tools such as JMeter for performance testing
5. Set up the target test environments in AWS, Azure or GCP
6. Containers based environment setup with Kubernetes and Docker, monitoring tools setup with Prometheus
7. Debug incidents and issue to narrow down to a root cause
8. Understand and reproduce internally issues reported by customers

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications.

1. B.E/B.Tech Degree from a reputed institution with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
2. Hands-on experience with test automation using Python or Java.
3. Experience with test frameworks such as Robot Framework or TestNG.
4. Traffic generation tools usage such as curl-loader or JMeter
5. QA engineers for Networking Technology products such as switches, routers, L4-L7 products testing can also apply.
6. Knowledge of public clouds, AWS, Azure or GCP, is desired
7. Working knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker or Openshift environments required
8. Hands on experience with Linux
9. Strong problem solving and debugging abilities
10. Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI
11. Interest in machine learning (ML) and data science is a plus
