About the Role

We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle of our SaMD-compliant AI platform. You will act as the bridge between data scientists, developers, and clinicians, ensuring timely delivery of regulatory-grade features that align with hospital pilots and scale for long-term adoption.

This role requires hands-on experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and healthcare SaaS products, along with strong communication and presentation skills for customer-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from roadmap definition to delivery and scaling.
• Translate clinical and technical requirements into actionable product features.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Prioritize product backlog to balance hospital pilot needs with long-term scalability.
• Ensure regulatory-grade quality standards (SaMD compliance) are met.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams for delivery.
• Manage CI/CD release pipelines in coordination with DevOps teams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and customer-facing presentations (PowerPoint) to communicate progress, outcomes, and next steps.
• Engage with stakeholders, hospital partners, and customers to gather feedback and refine product vision.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Product or Delivery Management.
• Strong exposure to AI/ML-driven platforms or clinical healthcare SaaS.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and CI/CD delivery environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, clinicians).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent ability to create presentations, reports, and customer-facing documents.
• Prior experience with SaMD-compliant or regulated products (preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field.

We are looking for a front-end developer who will be responsible for developing and designing front-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces for web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js)."

● Designing user interactions on web pages.

● Developing SDKs.

● Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

● Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to transform design concepts into functional, feature-rich web interfaces

● Designing and developing APIs.

● Meeting both technical and consumer needs.

● Collaborate in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other team meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

● 5-9 years of experience in the relevant field.

● Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and

JavaScript/Typescript

● Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as React-JS.

● Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL or Postgres.

● Knowledge of GitHUb, Docker,Project Versioning,SCSS/SASS style framework will be an added advantage

● Excellent verbal communication skills.

● Good problem-solving skills..

• Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
• Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)   
• Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail and upselling the packages
• Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
• Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
• Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
• Follow up with patients at all stages.
• Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.

What you need to have:

• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java & Kotlin code
• Writing unit-tests code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Take ownership of product/features: End to end development with testing and meet the deadline
• Work closely with our product and design teams to customize the Khatbook experience for the Android platform.
• Prototype new and redesign features.
• A focus on UI design principles and making apps work intuitively.
• Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative, consumer-facing mobile products.
• Writing efficient android code in Java/Kotlin following MVP framework guidelines.
• Tracing and profiling android java code. Own and manage the finance technology control frameworks.
