Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager at CryptoXpress. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing product development and launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs across trading, travel booking, and gift card services.
• Conduct deep market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, user pain points, and growth opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and actionable user stories for the design and development teams.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Monitor key performance metrics to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and standups to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Act as the voice of the user, ensuring intuitive UX and clear product messaging across platforms.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure crypto and financial features meet regulatory requirements.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders, power users, and external partners to continuously refine product offerings.
