Your role and responsibilities

• Integrating REST APIs in front-end application using React JS
• Implementing business logic in front-end application using javascript, should be able to handle complex JSON architecture.
• Should be able to manage states using Redux, Redux thunk/saga, Mobx.
• Should be comfortable in using both functional and class components in React.
• Should be able to create reusable components to make efficient applications. We hate code duplication.
• Must be familiar with popular React UI libraries like Material UI, Antd.
• Implement best practices and constantly learn new ways of keeping codebases up to date.
• Having knowledge in Typescript, GraphQL, NextJS, Socket.io is like a match made in heaven.

 

Criteria

• 2+ years of work experience with Javascript and React JS.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Open-minded individual, open to learning new things
• A bit lazy is okay. Lazy people always find the quickest way to reach the solution. They write the most efficient code. We love that.
• You care about the design and user experience of an application. The choice of third-party libraries should be elegant.

We are enabling 500 million smartphone users in India to buy online by paying offline using a vast retailer network, working as local cash collection point. We are exposing this network as payment gateway api to online companies.

You are suppose to take care of all the technology requirements end to end. Our stack is in java+springboot+postgres, deployed on AWS with native android application. 

General requirements :-

- Design and build highly scalable java based transactional web applications.

- End to end responsibility of delivery of requirements within timeframe.

- Managing a team of 3-4 engineers.

- Direct interaction with internal and external clients to understand requirements and for integration purpose.

- Write clean, maintainable code with best standard practices.

- Participate in all phases of development including requirement gathering, development and deployment.

- Mentor & lead the team.

- Excellent Command over JAVA, DS, Algorithms, Postgres or similar RDBMS.

- Knowledge of full-stack development including Front end or Android native development is plus (not mandatory though).

- Good sense of customer behaviour, satisfaction and product development is required.

- Good sense of humor is must, along with beer every week :)

- At least 3-4 years of hardcore development experience with product companies along with managing small team.

Experience: 3+ years hands on experience in Java/J2EE development and programming.

Atleast 3+ yrs in IT Domain 2+ Yrs of Exp in Reactj.s And also exp in Java. Should have good communications. Should have exp working with team closely and also as an Individual consultant.

Responsibilities Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Take smart risks and champion new ideas. Requirements 1+ years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus. Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns. Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design. Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Applying hands-on experience gained with the Ionic Framework 4.0 and Angular on the company’s apps and products.

• Developing cross - platform mobile apps using Ionic framework.

• Translating wire frames and high-level designs into working code.

Work Experience & Skills
