Fullstack Developer

Overview:

As a UX Designer, you will develop and communicate a vision, bring concepts to life, then iterate and refine them as you gather and factor in customer and business requirements. You think first from the customer’s perspective and set high standards for yourself and your team in developing amazing experiences. You have comprehensive understanding of the current design best practices, with a critical awareness of implications on user-centered design and functionality. You are detail-oriented, comfortable working on highly technical team, skilled in using data to make decisions. You have an inventor’s spirit, highly refined aesthetic sensibilities, solid hard skills and a killer eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Relentlessly simplify and distill complex business processes into intuitive and elegant product experiences.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define best-in-class user experiences.
3. Create process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
4. Drive the development and communication of design guidelines and patterns, with focus on providing a consistent and intuitive experience across the product ecosystem.
5. Participate in the planning process for new products and features helping drive the vision across the products.
6. Own the production of world-class designs and documents for presentation to engineers, product managers, peer design teams, and senior executives.
7. Assist in the development and evaluation of personas, user stories, and usability studies.

Required qualifications and must have skills  

• 5+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ infrastructure software engineers 

• 5+ years of experience in building and scaling technical infrastructure 

• 5+ years of experience in delivering software 

• Experience leading by influence in multi-team, cross-functional projects 

• Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management and managing engineers 

• Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure 

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker 

Nice to have Skills   

• Experience with Hadoop, Hive and Presto 

• Application/infrastructure benchmarking and optimization 

• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices 

• Familiarity with reliability best practices 

Job Description

• Experience working as a React.js Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good project management skills.

• 4+ years experience in building consumer products
• experience of leading a team of 3 or more full stack developer
• Codeigniter Preferred 
• Good knowledge of Mysql and query optimisation
• Experience with PHP 7, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, MVC frameworks (Bootstrap), API
• Experience with Ubuntu OS is a plus
• experience deploying softwares to cloud providers such as GCP, AWS
