Roles and Responsibilities

1.    Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.    Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.    Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.    Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.    Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.    Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.    Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.    Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.    Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10. Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11. Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

·      4-10 years in Counselling psychology and / or mental health training

·      Qualification: Education in Counselling / Medical Psychology

·      Experience in clinical work

·      Exposure to mental health training

·      Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

• Should have handled Voice | Chat | Email audits for a team of 15 to 20 advisors
• Ensure coaching & feedback is done for team members to improve overall customer experience
• Should have an eye for detail & report non-compliance in audit findings
• Good command in MS Excel

• Building a whole IT network or setting up a PC and access permissions for a new hire, providing technical support the organization’s day-to-day operations. This process involves both hardware and software setup.
• Conducting basic induction IT training of new employee in organization. Also often interaction and timely provide training to end users who may not be familiar with the finer points of IT.
• Responsible for liaising with affected stakeholders, identifying the problem, devising a solution, and implementing that fix.
• Handling updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks in both hardware and software areas.
• Providing support by telephonic or skype to the out locations staff and ensuring to fix up the problem within a timeline e.g. VPN issues
• Vendor Management – checking and processing the bills without any error. Also ensuring to be made payment on time for smooth operation in daily work
• Working with IDAM ticketing tool and log/assigning calls and resolving as per priority
• Taking care of AMC/Warranty of all company infrastructure.
• Maintaining Asset Register and keeping record of IT equipment.
• Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff.

• Troubleshooting & configuring on Microsoft outlook & Web mail.
• Escalating complex problem to supervisor and appropriate support specialists
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting Local and Network Printers

• Taking care of all other responsibilities assigned from time to time.

• Desktop and Laptops support for troubleshooting of win XP, Win 7, win 8, win 10, ubuntu.
• Installation of servers 2008, 2012.
• Working with  Arc server Backup solution Restoring and Backup wizard.
• Keeping track of all the IT Infra assets with tagging and submitting report to finance team for audit of infrastructure assets.
• Antivirus updating, configuring, schedule scanning.
• Onsite support
• Working with nutanix hypervisor like create new server, configuration new server (memory, storage , cpu , network)    take snapshot, snapshot restore, etc

• Translate designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces, ensuring cross browser compatibility and performance
• Build efficient and reusable front-end system that drive complex web applications
• Identify, address performance bottleneck and communicate best practices for front end engineering
• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to build/deliver next generation products
• Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
• Rapid prototyping web user interfaces
