Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user-centric features on web platforms to enhance overall experience and usability.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern front-end development frameworks and architecture.
• Hands-on experience building interactive, high-performance web applications.
• Proficiency with:
• React, Redux, html, css, javascript
• Build tools like Vite, CSS preprocessors such as Less/Sass
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience integrating front-end solutions with REST APIs or automation systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Skills required:

• Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC
• Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in Dot Net.
• Candidate must have experience with Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework & LINQ
• Experience with SQL Server (performance tuning, stored procedures, indexing)
• Understanding of multi-tenancy architecture
• Experience with Microservices / API development (REST, GraphQL)
• Hands-on experience in Azure Services (App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Functions, etc.)
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-based applications

• Flexible to use copilot or any other AI tool to write automated test cases and faster code writing

About the Role -

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on our founding engineering team, you will play a pivotal role

in shaping our product roadmap and engineering culture. You will work on innovative projects

that bring software solutions to the world of equity management, taking ownership of your code

and improving its quality. You'll also lead hiring efforts as we expand our engineering team,

shipping impactful features daily in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Implementing world-class Enginerring practices for all the product development teams at WeCP. Ensure these are evangelized and followed.
• Build and maintain SDLC across all of our development and deployment environments: developer, QA, to our production.

B.1 Responsibilities:

• Generate sales revenue in line with the MnM’s objectives and goals
• Ensure strong focus is to hunt and sell to net new logos / net new client accounts within defined timelines
• Identify key decision makers and act as a strategic partner to C-level and senior executives within an assigned organization to drive revenues

to understand their issues/needs/priorities through a consultative selling approach

• Collaborate with internal resources (such as Research, Client Services) and external network to prioritize and penetrate key accounts; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenues
• Leverage CRM as a tool to capture accurate sales pipeline management, develop strategic territory mapping and maintain forecast
• Manage sales forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis and ensure that sales pipeline remains full of qualified leads & prospects
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and own the overall allocated sales quota
