We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer Level 2 to join our technology team in Pune Centre. You will be responsible for handling architecting, design, development, testing, leading the software development team and working toward infrastructure development that will support the company’s solutions. You will get an opportunity to work closely on projects that will involve the automation of the manufacturing process. 

Key Responsibilities 

· Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React with TypeScript for the frontend and Node.js/Python for the backend.

· AI Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate AI/ML models into the SaaS platform, ensuring seamless performance and usability.

· API Development & Optimization: Build and optimize high-performance REST APIs in Node.js and Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) to support real-time data processing and analytics.

· Database Engineering: Design, manage, and optimize data storage using relational (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB), graph, and vector databases for handling complex industrial data.

· Cloud-Native Deployment: Deploy, monitor, and manage services in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes on Linux-based systems (Ubuntu/Debian).

· System Architecture & Design: Contribute to architectural decisions, leveraging OOPs, microservices, domain-driven design, and design patterns to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.

· Data Handling & Processing: Work with large-scale manufacturing datasets using Python (pandas) to enable predictive analytics and AI-driven insights.

· Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Partner with cross-functional teams—including product managers, manufacturing domain experts, and AI researchers—to translate business needs into technical solutions.

· Performance & Security: Ensure robust, secure, and high-performance software by implementing best practices in algorithms, data structures, and system design.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI, SaaS, and manufacturing systems to propose innovative solutions that enhance product capability.

Must have worked on these technologies.

· 5+ years of experience working with React-Typescript, node.js on a production level

· Python, pandas, High performance REST APIs in node and Python (in Django or Flask or Fast API)

· Databases: Relational DB like PostgreSQL, No SQL DB like Mongo or Dynamo DB, Vector databases, Graphs DBs

· OS: Linux flavor like Ubuntu, Debian

· Source Control and CI/CD

· Software Fundamentals: Excellent command on Algorithms and Data Structures

· Software design and Architecture: OOPs, Design Patterns, Micro Services, monolithic architectures, Domain driven Design

· Containers: Docker and Kubernetes

· Cloud: Fundamentals of AWS like S3 buckets, EC2, IAMs, Security groups

Key Responsibilities:

Business Leadership:

Develop a clear vision and strategic plan for the dietetic department, aligning it with the overall vision and objectives.

Lead the team in implementing goals, strategies, and initiatives that focus on providing exceptional diet & wellness services.

Clinical Expertise:

Utilize advanced knowledge and expertise in nutrition and dietetics to assess patients' nutritional needs, interpret diagnostic results, and create tailored diet plans.

Counselling to educate clients/ patients on appropriate diets and regular health test to enhance and maintain optimum health. Monitor and review the progress of client/patients

after every meeting. Guide client/patient on regular basis and record behavioral /dietary/activity deviations with endorsement from time to time.

Team Management:

Lead and manage the dietetic team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages growth and ensures each team member's contribution is valued.

Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals:

Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including Clinicians, and other healthcare specialist. Collaborate in the diagnosis and treatment planning process, integrating diet & wellness services seamlessly with other medical interventions.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards for all dietetic services. Ensure that the department adheres to relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and company standards to provide accurate and reliable services.

Customer Service & Engagement:

Represent the significance of diet & wellness. Participate in public events, seminars, and camps to raise awareness about the role of die & wellness in overall well-being.

Ensure patients and clients receive compassionate, empathetic, and respectful care. Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback ratings to be achieved as per given standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to diet & wellness outcomes and department performance.

Prepare reports and present findings to inform decision-making and demonstrate the impact of the dietetic department's interventions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.

- Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent certification.

- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a dietetic department.

- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nutrition assessment and intervention.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Experience with QE for distributed, highly scalable systems • Good understanding of OOPS concepts and strong programming skills in Java, Groovy or JavaScript • Hands on experience of working with at least one of GUI based test automation tools for desktop and/or mobile automation. • PL ownership: Drive and ensure 100% achievement of the targeted sales numbers of the category. 
• Ensure Profitability by negotiating the best category margins, securing marketing support from brands, and focusing on delivering the budgeted top-line and bottom-line.
• Assortment planning: Ensure we have a competitive catalog compared to other players across brands and sub-categories. 
• Customer Experience: Anticipate and create solutions for customer pain points. Should be able to resolve customer escalation and deliver on the expected NPS for the category. 
• Category marketing: Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly calendars  Have joint marketing plans signed off with partner brands, execute the plan in coordination with the internal team
• Operational efficiency: Work with cross-functional teams like CS, Finance, Sales to ensure a smooth functioning system and to be able to deliver on the required set of parameters measured across each function
• Working with customers and merchandisers and finding new ways of expanding product categories.
• Responsible for demand and supply planning both sides of the business and planning marketing and sales strategies for the category growth.
• Joint Planning with Product / Sales and Marketplace team: Work closely with the marketplace team to ensure sufficient visibility to our products and jointly participate in the marketing events conducted on the platform.

1. 2-7 years of experience in global category roles, preferably digital categories.
2. Hands-on in Sales, Operations, and Category Management.
3. Strong analytical aptitude in problem-solving, multi-tasker, critical thinker, and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems.
4. Good communication skills / Good analytical skills along with sales/marketing knowledge.
5. MBA from reputed colleges would be preferred 
6. Team management experience will be a plus, its cross functional role.
