IOS Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Flutter Consultant, you will play a critical role in developing innovative and user-friendly mobile applications for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms.
2. Collaborate with designers and developers to translate wireframes and UI designs into fully functional mobile applications.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team regarding best practices for Flutter application development.
4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and project requirements.
5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and performance optimization.
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions to technical challenges.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Flutter framework and mobile app development.
8. Mentor and coach junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
9. Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions within the agreed timelines.
10. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter.
3. Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
4. Extensive experience in building and deploying mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
5. Solid understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
6. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and asynchronous programming.
7. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience with collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
8. Familiarity with mobile app testing frameworks and tools, such as Flutter testing framework, XCTest, and Espresso.
9. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
11. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
12. Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with hybrid app development frameworks (e.g., React Native) is a plus.
2. Knowledge of backend technologies, such as Node.js or Firebase, for building APIs and integrating with databases.
3. Contributions to open-source projects or personal Flutter app projects.
4. Certifications related to mobile app development or Flutter.

Have at least one well-performing mobile application project to be shared and/or commercial experience in mobile development

Have knowledge on building beautiful UIs Familiar with networking and third party packages,

Have experience using APIs to integrate mobile applications with server-side systems Have experience with reactive programming or willingness to learn it,

Have basic knowledge about BLoC/Cubit

Have knowledge of Dart,

Familiar with continuous integration tools

Familiar with code version control like git

Familiar with modern software development practices and tools

Designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform

Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Bug fixing and improving application performance

• Must have at least 1 years experience in front-end development.
• Knowledge of Javascript /React Native / Redux .
• Loves writing code, actively experimenting along with learning new things.
• Passionate about Frontend Development and continually follow the platform & innovations.
• Have an eye for good UI/UX -Proficient with algorithms and data structures. -Keen on problem solving and able to perform in a start-up culture with challenging deadlines

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Mobile app development experience.
• Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle,strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Strong React Native experience
• Understanding of APIs, pagination,searching,sorting
• Creating high performance UI etc.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Android Studio, Gradle.
• Leverage native APIsfor deep integrations with both platforms.
• Strong communication skills.

Experience:

• Min 3 year experience
• Not more than 15 year experience.

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Design and build mobile applications using React Native

• Build native component for iOS (Native experience would be plus) or Android

• Collaborate closely with the Team lead to understanding the requirement and implementation details.

• integration with third-party APIs.

Required Skills:

• 2yrs experience in React-Native based app development is a must.

• Must have published at least 1 major React-Native app

• Knows how to embed React-Native in a native(iOS/Android) component and vice versa

• Strong focus on app performance.
