Frontend Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using Angular

(preferably Angular 13+).

● Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

● Apply design principles to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UIs aligned with

brand guidelines.

Required Skills:

● 2+ years of web development experience.

● 1+ years of hands-on experience in Angular development (Angular 8+ mandatory,

Angular 13+ preferred).

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

● Sound understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and

accessibility standards.

● Experience with SASS/SCSS, Bootstrap, Material, or other CSS frameworks.

● Solid grasp of web design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and

usability.

● Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.

● Experience in the travel tech domain is a strong plus.

• Can architect UI systems and has a well-honed understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different frameworks.
• Cherishes the craft of an experience getting to perfect pixels, creating animations with just the right springs, investing in loading performance.
• Is familiar with React, Node. JS, NoSQL databases like Firebase, and AWS.
• Collaborates actively with designers, product managers, product scientists, and other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js or svelte.js

• Build reusable UI components, ensuring that UI code base is scalable and maintainable

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

• Good in writing unit test cases, and can follow test driven development approach

• Participate in user experience design and architecture initiatives

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and elicit new

requirements

• Perform troubleshooting steps, if any, in the phase of implementation, customization, and

configuration

• Having good debugging skills and proficiency in tool to build next-generation web apps

Mandatory Skills

• Knowledge of Functional and OO JavaScript/ES6

• Built web Applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with Frameworks like React.js(Hooks

and context API), Vue.Js and svelte.js

• Basic understanding of Typescript and type language concepts

• Clear fundamental understanding of server-side rendered apps, experience with frameworks like

Next,js or Nuxt.js is the Best

• Good understanding of lib and frameworks like Webpack (4.0), lodash, any charting lib like d3.js or

Victory

• Expertise in using JavaScript state Management libraries such as Redux or Mobx

• Prior experience in building responsive design layouts using a formal framework like Material UI.

• Familiarity with best practices (web security concepts, ensuring browser & device compatibility,

etc.)

• Working knowledge of integrating with RESTful APIs for server-side functionality

Requirements

• B.Tech/ B.S. or M.Tech/ M.S. in Computer Science, IT or related field.

• Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web/mobile performance analysis.
• Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general.
• Familiar with web security, SEO, accessibility and internationalization.
