We are seeking a smart, confident, and result-oriented HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll) to join our HR team. This role will focus on 70% recruitment activities and 30% payroll & HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruiting cycle for IT & Non-IT roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using innovative methods.
• Conduct HR rounds, negotiate offers, and manage candidate experience.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employment documentation.
• Drive campus recruitment initiatives and build strong university relationships.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.

Payroll & HR Operations

• Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee database and generate MIS reports.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll.
• Prior exposure to IT/Tech hiring and payroll software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.

Strong Art Direction / Visual Design Leadership Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) : Must have 7+ YOE in Art Direction / Video Production / Graphic Design, with strong exposure to Video creation, Podcasts and Motion Graphics

Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong experience in Video-first content, social media design, and digital storytelling

Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have experience working in content-heavy / fast-paced environments (media, content, marketing, or digital-first brands)

Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have strong expertise in visual storytelling, design systems, and building cohesive visual languages

Mandatory (Skill 4) : Must have hands-on experience in designing for social, digital, and video content (thumbnails, creatives, motion-led assets, etc.)

Mandatory (Leadership) : Must have experience in guiding/mentoring designers and owning creative quality output

Mandatory (Stakeholder Mgmt) : Must have experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, animators, creators, marketing teams) and pitching concepts

Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have very strong portfolio showcasing Podcasts, Marketing Videos, Motion Graphics and visual story-telling

Mandatory (Tools) : Must be proficient in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Engineer to be part of Borderless Softtech Pvt Ltd Support team. In addition to strong technical competency, the position requires the ability to effectively work with different teams.

The Support Engineer will be responsible for production support of the Stockal applications on the cloud. The role involves continuous collaboration with business, development teams & partners. Our ever-evolving technology stack ensures a phenomenal learning culture in the team.

Responsibilities:

• Handling On-call production support, Change and Incident Management for critical systems.
• Setting up alerting and monitoring, troubleshooting application issues in AWS cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Drive design and architecture around key systems that are part of the product. Setup design philosophies and implement them in a way that ensures they are easily followed.
• Setup toolchains and technical stacks that are intuitive. Implement these toolchains in a way that is unobtrusive for other developers and ensure it stays that way.
• Drive good development practices and philosophies that ensure good stable code over several cycles of development. Keeping them as simple and un-intrusive as possible.
• Report directly to our head of technology.
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.

• Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges  with decent academic backgrounds
• Experience in Product Companies and typically more than 2 years
• Should have worked in previous companies for a larger duration
• Full Stack Developers with experience in Typescript or Nodejs, React or React Native, Rest APIs
• 3-8 years of product development experience. Preferably in a product development environment.
• Experience with working with Web Development Stacks (HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc)
• Experience with working with Backend Server stacks (SQL databases, Web Servers, API Endpoints etc)

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• You have a strong passion for building things from the ground up with all the challenges and unknowns, and enjoy the process of solving problems that are new and unique.
• Experience with React, React-native, Typescript and similar Frontend Technologies.
• Experience with PostGres, MySQL and similar DB Technologies.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL and similar API technologies.
• Experience working with cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Experience with open source languages such as, Java, Objective-C/C++, Swift, Java, PHP, Python etc.
