Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, build and improve the mobile experiences in the identity, chat and communication business functions.

- Solve technical problems and build the next generation of products for our consumers, drivers and merchants.

- Improve the testability and maintainability of the code

- Build reusable iOS software components for interfacing with multiple applications

- Work with backend engineering teams, both within and outside the team to build robust, well-designed interfaces.

Requirements :

- 2-3 years of experience in application (iOS) development and product delivery.

- Predictability and balance of product delivery speed and quality.

- In depth knowledge of iOS apps architecture and implementation including proficiency in Swift programming, Cocoa, Xcode and the iOS SDK.

- Experience of working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and a proven track record of being able to respond effectively to customer situations.

- A command over the technology ecosystem and ability to learn and ramp up on the latest trends.

- Experience with building products catering to millions and Knowledge of WebSockets and experience in managing libraries is a plus.

The software development department handles all aspects of delivery related to our custom software applications and services - everything that it takes to turn an idea into working software and delivering value to our users. We are looking for a full time Full-Stack Engineer, Software Development to be part of one of our Hyderabad-based cross-functional software development teams, helping to build the software that powers our educational offering. • Design, implement, and support new products and features
• Ensure software is built with an eye towards quality, maintainability, and scalability

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field

Cloud Platform Developer:

• 8 to 12 years of platform development experience with good knowledge on any virtualized platform (VMware ESXi, Linux KVM, Openstack, AWS, etc)
• Candidate must understand how to instantiate/provision/package VMs on cloud platforms – OVF/OVA, qcow2, etc.
• Strong in Shell and Python scripting; Knowledge of Apache Maven is plus.
• Knowledge of Ansible or Terraform will be useful
• Knowledge of Rift.io / Open source MANO / Restful APIs will be plus
• Good knowledge of Linux OS fundamentals – IPCs (sockets, shared memory, etc), multi-threading, Semaphores, IP routing, etc.
