• Role: Cyber Security Lead

• Key Responsibilities: Address vulnerabilities from operating systems (OS) and penetration tests (Pentest), perform security validations, handle exceptions, and recommend risk mitigation strategies. Ensure close governance on identified risks and vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Vulnerability Management: Manage, follow up, and report vulnerabilities identified in OS, Pentest, and controls.
2. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks and threats, and follow up on remediation efforts.
3. IT Security Risk Assessment: Maintain up-to-date risk assessments for products, services, and infrastructure.
4. Audit Coordination: Monitor and ensure timely closure of audit recommendations, supporting operational teams as needed.
5. Risk Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct thorough risk assessments and security evaluations.
6. Prioritization: Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities, threats, and potential attack vectors.
7. Security Controls: Follow up on security controls, create dashboards, and report findings.
8. Communication: Regularly communicate risk and security recommendations to stakeholders and provide updates on IT risks and mitigation plans.

Profile Required:

• Experience: 6-8 years in operational security and risk management or related fields.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT security, compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and risk management principles.
• Skills: Experience with infrastructure security assessments, risk assessments, and implementing security controls.
• Certifications: Preferable to have certifications in information security (e.g., CRISC, CISSP).

This role requires a seasoned professional with a solid background in cyber security and risk management, capable of handling complex security challenges and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

About the Role :

As the Executive Assistant to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CMO in managing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and execute tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CMO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and schedule activities to ensure optimal use of the CMO's time.

• Communication and Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread emails, letters, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CMO.

• Reports and Special Projects: Coordinate with various departments to gather information and updates on key projects. Assist in the execution of initiatives as directed by the CMO and department heads.

• Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Prepare agendas, materials, and documentation for meetings attended by the CMO. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between the CMO and other team members, providing support and fostering effective communication.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and offer solutions to enhance the CMO's productivity and efficiency.
