About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented Flutter Developer who loves building high-quality mobile experiences. You’ll be working on our next-gen Fintech & Investment app, focusing on clean architecture, strong session management, and secure code implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-level Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Develop pixel-perfect UI with smooth animations, transitions, and responsive layouts.
• Implement secure session management, authentication, and token-based APIs.
• Work closely with the backend (Node.js) and API teams for smooth data integration.
• Optimize app performance and memory usage.
• Follow secure coding standards suitable for fintech products.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to improve UX and app flow.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.).
• Use version control (Git) and agile workflows effectively.

Must-Have Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
• Strong knowledge of state management (preferably Riverpod or Bloc).
• Strong experience in UI/UX implementation — adaptive design, fluid animations, transitions.
• Experience in secure session handling and token-based authentication (JWT, OAuth).
• Understanding of clean architecture, modular coding, and reusable components.
• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Good debugging and performance optimization skills.

Added Advantage

• Experience with Node.js or understanding of backend API management.
• Familiarity with payment gateway integration (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe).
• Prior work experience on fintech, wallet, or investment apps.
• Knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, and analytics.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment.

Need candidate who is more into development and lesser experience on CMS (content management)

should have basic knowledge of meta ( FB and Instagram postings), meta ads, Google ads.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software and new user-facing features across Novo’s products and services.
• Drive technical decisions on a multi-functional, Agile team alongside product management, product design, and engineering.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability and analyze feedback from customers and internal teams to identify issues and improvement opportunities. 
• Champion a passion for engineering best practices such as code quality, linting, and testing.
• Ensure our software is reliable, extensible, maintainable, debuggable, secure, well-tested and performs well under load.
• Mentor junior engineers in all aspects of planning, development and testing.
• Stay engaged with latest technologies and evaluate strategies to keep the Novo technology stack up to date.

• 5+ years experience in a highly technical role at a hyper-growth startup or fast-paced company.
• Extensive background designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software.
• Good understanding of Node.js & Javascript.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals and initiatives into technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of SQL database.
• Demonstrable experience architecting scalable and cost effective solutions to ensure and support customer growth.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers in all aspects of planning, development and testing.
• Strong understanding of system design and architecture.
• Interest in engaging with latest technologies and evaluating strategies to keep the Novo technology stack up to date.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams effectively.

Fullstack Developer/Architect/Programmer:

1. 8-10 years experience as Developer/Programmer.
2. Should have an expertise in Core Java, Java & J2ee
3. Built MVC based Web Application Using JSP/Struts framework
4. Experience in Webservices-Restful
5. Experience in Application Servers like Tomcat and WebLogic
6. Good Knowledge of implementing JMS messaging services
7. Good knowledge of HTML5,CSS and JavaScript – Angular.js,Bootstrap, React.js
8. Should have skills in Spring 3.x, Hibernate, Weblogic 12c Implementation
