Senior UI/UX Designer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We seek an experienced, highly technical, and exceptionally driven Lead Software Engineer to develop a world-class mobile games engineering team in India. You should be comfortable driving change, leading and motivating teams, providing direct feedback, solving complex problems, and, most importantly, establishing a high standard of performance.

Your team will be responsible for implementing highly performant, optimized, scalable, and easily maintainable code for an ambitious FPS shooter game.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and maintain a world-class engineering culture appropriate for our mobile games team.
• Set performance standards for engineering excellence and guide junior engineers to help them learn and improve.
• Address the most significant challenges of a shooter game, such as hit accuracy, server-authoritative gameplay, animations, memory utilization, and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with product managers/producers, designers, and others to understand game features and break down engineering tasks for the team.
• Regularly run profilers to ensure code performance and quality.
• Lead code review sessions.
• Guarantee optimal performance, quality, and stability of the game.
• Develop live operations tools, editor tools, and automation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum Experience: 5-8 years.
• Extreme technical depth and willingness to spend at least 30% of time doing hands-on coding.
• Ability to reasonably estimate and plan tasks and features.
• Expert understanding of multithreading, asynchronous operations, and thread-safe code.
• Proficient at profiling games to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Maniacal adherence to technical best practices and guidelines with a creative problem-solving approach.
• Deep understanding of data-oriented programming and the Unity DOTS framework.
• Familiarity with backend/networking is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products as per business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code including triggers, batch jobs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Build and maintain Salesforce flows, process builders, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP/Platform Events).

Good to have

• Salesforce certifications — Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for LWC development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to MuleSoft or other integration middleware platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and Salesforce data model.

Strong Senior Product Designer / Product Designer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of hands-on Product Design experience in designing digital products, preferably in product-first or high-growth tech companies.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have strong end-to-end product design experience, including user research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design for web or mobile products.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong expertise in User Experience (UX), Interaction Design, and Visual Design principles, with the ability to craft intuitive and scalable product experiences.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have hands-on experience applying user research, usability testing, behavioral analytics, and data-driven design decisions to improve product usability and customer experience.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Proven ability to work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to define product requirements, ship features, and improve user journeys.

Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have a strong portfolio of Product Design works, showcasing detailed case studies for both UI and UX (preferably B2C or Fin-Tech projects)

Job Responsibilities :

Define, drive, and deliver Company’s listing strategy
Generate new asset leads by identifying value-capturing asset opportunities. Be fully immersed in token project circles, ventures funds, and with liquidity providers
Be the front-facing client services manager to our existing token partners
Negotiate and close on commercial terms of crypto projects, managing a robust pipeline, and produce in-depth research reports with your team.
Automate the process necessary to list cryptocurrencies across Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams
Help shepherd crypto projects through the process of our listings
Analyze and produce managerial reports for all assets
Developing and growing new markets and help the platform increase its user base and trading volumes
