Job Description

Build and maintain bots on Azure platform.  Integration with Active directory, WEB API based integration with external systems. Training and Integrate bots as per users’ requirements. Work in line with design guidelines, best practices and standards of bot deliverable. Creative approach to the conversation flow design, human aspects in the bot responses and sentiments

Qualifications

1. a) 5 years of experience in software development with clear understanding of the project life cycle
   b) Min 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Bot Framework, LUIS and other Cognitive services offered by Azure
   c) Hands on experience with Machine Learning based chat bots
   d) Experience with Azure bot services like Text Analytics etc.
   e)Strong database skills and hands-on experience on databases like SQL Server/Oracle
2. f) Strong experience on Azure Active directory and adaptive cards integration in Chat bot.
3. g) Strong experience designing and working with

with service-oriented architectures (SOA) and WebAPIs.

1. h) A strong experience on Microsoft Azure, ASPNET / MVC and programming languages such as C#/VBNET
2. i) Knowledge of Python and NodeJS is a plus
3. j) Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
4. k) Experience with JQuery, CSS3, HTML5 or similar technologies.
5. l) Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.

Requirements:

• Proficient in fundamental Software Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving and Complexity Analysis.
• Proficient in programming languages like Python/Java/Javascript/Golang or similar.
• Strong understanding of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Hands-on Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Postgres, Mysql, MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with GIT, CI/CD, REST APIs and Cloud ( AWS/ GCP/ Azure) will be preferred.
• Understanding of Microservice Architecture and System Design Principles is a plus.

RazerTech Consulting is mandated to hire a Technical Lead for a US based Tech Company that offers a cloud-based, AI?powered image editing and automation platform for leading brands in ecommerce, fashion, marketplaces & photo studios. The platform helps creatives and marketers produce stunningly consistent imagery and video content at scale.

Role Overview :

Were looking for a hands-on engineering lead to own the delivery of our GenAI-centric product from the backend up to the UI while integrating visual AI pipelines built by ML engineers. Youll be both a builder and a leader : writing clean Java and TypeScript/Node.js, scaling AWS-based systems, mentoring engineers, and making architectural decisions that stand the test of scale. Ideally, youre also familiar with Python for deploying ML pipelines.

(Note : This role requires both technical mastery and leadership skills - we're looking for someone who can write production code, make architectural decisions, and lead a team to success.)

What Youll Do :

• Lead development of the Java, Node.js and Python (FastAPI) backend services on AWS
• Build high-performance image processing pipelines using ImageMagick, SharpJS, and SVG manipulation
• Implement automated visual content generation using Headless Chrome and Puppeteer or similar tools.
• Deploy ML pipelines (built by the ML team) into containerized inference workflows using FastAPI, Docker, and GPU-enabled ECS EC2.
• Deploy and manage services on AWS ECS/Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, and GPU-powered EC2
• Contribute to React/TypeScript frontend when needed to accelerate product delivery
• Work closely with the founder, product, and UX teams to translate business needs and PRDs into features that drive productmarket fit.
• Make architecture and infrastructure decisions from media processing to task queues to storage
• Own the performance and cost-optimization of our AWS platform
• Hire and mentor junior/mid engineers over time
• Drive technical planning, sprint prioritization, and trade-off decisions

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU

• Solid Experience in Apache Kafka for data streaming and event-driven systems
• Production experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and containerized deployments
• Deep knowledge of AWS, including S3, EC2, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Lambda
• Proficient in TypeScript (Node.js environment)
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, async messaging, and DevOps practices
• AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect or Developer Associate) is a plus

• Graduate - BE / Btech or equivalent.

Role

Backend engineers at AssetSprout work on our products. They include software for Certified Financial Planners, their clients, and also internal admin tools. They work with the CTO, frontend engineers, and other backend engineers to deliver towards the company’s vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own product features end to end in a scalable, secure and maintainable way. The buck stops with you on whatever you own.
• Provide technical solutions through design, architecture and implementation. Wear multiple hats in delivering greenfield projects from concept to production. 
• Establish, advocate and bring your experience on coding styles, best practices, and in scaling the product from MVP to production.
• Iterate fast. Display maturity in prioritizing towards velocity while balancing quality. As a startup, we break or make on how fast we deliver.

Requirements

• We are language and framework agnostic as long as you can pick up new technologies.
• Proficient and expert level coding skills with any of the programming languages, preferably Java, Kotlin. Experience in Python, C++, Scala etc. is welcome.
• Develop web applications and services using Spring Boot. Experience with Akka, Play, Flask, Django is welcome.
• Write automated tests with any of the frameworks. We measure success on how well your code is unit tested and integration tested.
• Advanced level understanding of RDMS systems, preferably Postgres. Working knowledge of non-relational databases such as DynamoDB, Cassandra is helpful
• Able to use CI/CD tools such as CircleCI, GitLab, Jenkins etc. and create workflows and pipelines to release to production every other day.
• Expert level understanding of RESTful APIs, pagination, networking concepts around HTTP, thread pools, and other server-side concepts.
• Solid experience of how AWS services work. Some cloud services directly relevant are Lambda, EC2, S3, Dynamo, RDS, Eventbridge, SQS, ElastiCache Redis, Load Balancers etc.
